Booked the property by accident 18 hours before check in and called to ask if I could cancel. They said no. So we went anyway and found the staff unwelcoming and the room faulty in a few small areas.

Der Empfang war herzlich und der nette Herr am Check-In hat uns bestens über viele Möglichkeiten und Aktivitäten informiert, die während unseres Aufenthaltes möglich waren. Mit der Kufsteinerland-Karte ist da sehr vieles sogar komplett kostenfrei enthalten. Top👍 Das Hotel liegt fussläufig keine 10min. vom Zentrum/Festung entfernt. Für Anreise mit PKW stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Mit der Gästecard sind die öffentliche Busse kostenfrei, Haltestelle direkt beim Hotel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit vielen regionalen Produkten. Das Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet, groß und sauber. Wir können das Hotel wärmsten empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zeer goed hotel, iets uit centrum. Centrum op wandelafstand (20’). Parkeerplaatsen voor ingang, weliswaar beperkt in aantal, anders vlot in straat. Uitstekend ontbijt! Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Goed bed, ruime kamer. Kleine sauna in kelder zonder tuin.Goed restaurant in hogere prijsklasse.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Kufstein. Lage etwas am Rand der Stadt, aber alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber, allerdings war die Beleuchtung des Badspiegels wohl durchgebrannt und die Wagoklemme mit Stromkabeln lag einfach frei zugänglich auf dem Rahmen. Frühstück war ok. Ein guter Tipp ist die Kufstein-Karte, die kostenlos über das Hotel erhalten werden kann. Diese ermöglicht rabattierte aber auch kostenlose Eintritte zu unterschiedlichen Attraktionen und Aktivitäten in der Stadt und Region.

Ett vänligt och bekvämt hus

Trots att receptionen var obemannad vi fick nycklar och instruktioner så vänlig och professionellt all vi var mycket nöjda. Fantastiskt frukost, lokala livsmedel, vänlig personal, herrligt utsikt, stora rum.

Parkplatz reichlich vorhanden. Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit nettem Personal in guter Lage. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war wirklich ausreichend, ich komme wieder!

Vi skulle bare have et sted at sove

Hotellets personer var søde og hjælpsom. Vi havde bestilt et familie værelse til to voksne og to børn. Børnenes sengen var ikke gode selv om det kun var en overnatning. Morgenmaden var en rigtig god oplevelse.

Lovely hotel

Came in late but they still made room for us in the restaurant. Lovely medium hard beds. Only negative was that we had to walk 309 m in the rain because you couldn’t park in front of the hotel.

Rekommenderas!

Jättetrevligt hotell en liten bit utanför centrum, cirka 15 minuters promenad. Parkering i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Fina, stora rum. Rent och snyggt. Fin restaurang, god mat som är trevligt presenterad. Priset för maten lite högt men sammantaget en trevlig upplevelse. Hotellet mycket välskött.

Fine, store værelser - perfekt til et stop på vejen til Italien - relativt tæt på motorvejen, men stadig i fin lille og rolig by. Fin morgenmad med lækker kaffe. God service ved ankomst (sent).
