“We planned to stay for only 1 night - but after the warm reception and the incredible meal we decided to stay an extra night. The building has been tastefully renovated - keeping its 400 year old charm while offering rhe modern comforts of stong water pressure, air conditioner and a lift! Definitely not a given even in 4 star accomodation in some of these smaller towns. The hotel owners make you feel like family - so lovely and hospitable. “Amazing hotel. We loved every minute of our 5 night stay. Impeccable service. Fantastic facilities, including a rooftop pool with sun loungers and a fabulous view of the beach. Room were large and comfortable and super clean. Great breakfast and very thoughtful inclusions such as sparking wine replenished in the room each day and bottles of water by the pool. We had a fantastic stay, we will be back.”

“The view from the terrace (in our room) was absolutely amazing! Location is perfect, parking was right there and very convenient. The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! “Incredible location and view from room. So easy to walk into streets and harbour area. Parking isn’t easy, but only a walk down to the port road. Suggested that you don’t attempt to take a car to the door, extremely narrow and cul de sac. Getaria is just wonderful and staying here a special memory.”

“I attempted to use laundry 3 times and the app wouldn’t let me book. Out of 3 machines only 2 were working. I ended up spending 12 euros at a nearby laundry mat, a main reason I booked the hotel was to go laundry mid-trip. It’s too far from the city and parking was a pain. It was expensive and the app for street parking didn’t work. I had to leave San Sebastián in the middle of the day just to add more time to my parking. It ruined the day.
