“All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's owner, Konstantin Kostov, was particularly impressive. Always there, it seemed, and he also gave an excellent talk about the Roman baths underneath the hotel. Whatever I asked of him, he always went the extra yard.
Any criticism? I had to work hard to come up with one: the fridge in my room was not cold enough!”

“今プロデフォ駅は大々的に改装中で、駅周辺は掘り返されまだまだ時間がかかりそう。ホテルは比較的新しく、バスルームは広く清潔だった。一階にはバーがありました。フロントのスタッフは若くて親切でした。
ただ、観光のメッカ旧市街まではかなり距離がありました。夜中の寝台列車に乗るためにここを３泊よやくしましたが、タオル交換や、ごみ捨ては入ってきませんでした。”
