With a little more effort, this place could be spectacular

Family reunion 2023, 25 of us ranging from 65 to 2-1/2 months. Plenty of room for everyone and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The beds were very nice. The dining area adequately fit all of us during meals. The most used of the spaces was probably the pool and the media room. We’re excited to rent this property again next year as it did meet our needs and everyone had a great time. Now, the negatives, with a little help and time, owners/property managers could make this a five star stay… 1- none of the arcade games worked-HUGE disappointment for my teen pack 2 - refrigerators were in disrepair…there were missing bins and shelves (pieces were in the pantry but couldn’t be used), so made organizing for meals a bit difficult 3 - hot tub had a number of broken jets (pieces were lying all over the deck) 4 - a good deep clean would go a long way, especially of the outdoor spaces. The front entry was filled with leaves and debris, the back deck the same…we kept cleaning the kids feet before they got in the pool. Weeds and general lack of upkeep was disappointing. 5 - deck umbrellas were both unusable 6 - kitchen lacks in a number of items (one measuring cup for a house that sleeps large groups…maybe you ought to rethink that?) Luckily there is a dollar store down the street and we purchased a number of items to flush out what we needed in the kitchen. 7 - purchased a dust pan to go along with the broom (since there want one). We will be staying again.

Great St George Getaway

Great property to house work retreat. Large enough for large gatherings together as well as space apart. The large theatre room functioned well for our work presentation and then at night the kids took it over for movies. We had a work retreat with families so having pool access for spouses and kids was key during our meeting times.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Theater was spacious and fun, hot tub was a perfect retreat from the chilly evenings, and the arcade games were a blast. Lots of space for our large group. Would recommend the dishwashers get some attention from the property managers and to provide more dish soap and garbage bags, but other than that, it was a gateway stay!

Great Home Away From Home

This place was great. 10 minutes away from St. George. 10 minutes away from Snow Canyon State Park. Amazing pools for grown-ups and kids. Highly recommend for anyone.

Wedding Weekend Accommodations

We chose to stay here the weekend of our wedding with family, our bridal and groom party and their plus ones. It had plenty of space for 30 people to each have their own bed (if people are ok with being in the 14 bed bunk room). Loved the amenities like the pool, hot tub, movie room, etc. Also loved that we could call a number to manage our reservation and they were easy to work with overall. The only thing that could have been better was that some basic home supplies were not present - we bought a wine opener and tin foil one night., Other than that, perfect stay for the weekend !

Family Reunion

Our family enjoyed the property tremendously. The homey feel with a resort atmosphere made the trip unforgettable. There was plenty to do that kept the adults and children all busy. The home was lovely and had plenty of plated but you will need to bring all you own spices. In July when temperatures are over 100 degrees, the splash pool on the patio seemed to be heated and over 100 degrees and the hot tub upstairs did not work. We had to call the company twice to get the trash removed. When the maintenance guy came he fixed it immediately.

Great place and accomodations.

We spent 4 days playing golf with a total of 8 golfers that could stay in 1 place. Rooms and house was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this place to any large group needing to stay together. House is very close to many attractions as well as grocery store.

Big house, great amenities

We loved being able to rent this house. It had many rooms with bathrooms and then a huge bunk room. The pool and hot tub were a definite plus and at plus. We'll be back in the future.

So much room!!

This property is great for multiple families. We had 4 families with kids ranging from 1-17 years. There was plenty to do for entertainment. Description is accurate. Great gathering place!

Utah with our family

We had a great trip! Utah’s Best was very responsive every time we called to get in the door since the key lock didn’t work each day. The house was very clean and well stocked! We enjoyed the upper deck and patios as well as the water park and pool. The view of Snow Canyon was amazing. We all felt we had great rooms and bathrooms. Very roomy! The only thing I wish we had was a cooler a/c system. It was warm at night in the bedrooms making it a little more difficult to rest. Luckily there were fans though. The theater room was a great highlight. We had family movie night! Thanks for helping to make our stay special. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

I loved this house! We had 24 people 12 adults and 12 kids for our family reunion. The bunkbed room was awesome and the kids loved being together. It was nice having the pool in the back for the time the adults didn't want to go to the bigger pools. We had an error on arrival day, but they were quick to work with us and everything turned out great! I would highly recommend this place. The theater was amazing and the kids LOVED the arcade games. Great space for everyone and loved the pools. Book now!

Great Family Vacation Spot!!!

Overall the property was as advertised. Plenty of space for our group of 29. Inside space was great! Rooms were spacious and accommodations very comfortable. Back yard splash pool and community pools were awesome! Only real negative was installed ceiling projector in the theater did not work, therefore could not use the home theater as advertised. (Can see from a review a few weeks prior that it still had not been fixed.) Beside that great place to stay and would do it again! Thanks

Great place for family reunion.

House was spacious. Loved all the activities available. Resort pools were great. Had a few issues and maintenance was pretty responsive. Fridge/freezer was struggling to keep food cold. Maintenance came and fixed, but next day it wasn’t cold again.

Great Place

Great place. The house was amazing for the amount of people we had. Had an issue with one of the beds. The property manager took care of the issue, but seemed to not care much that it happened in the first place. Made us all feel a bit worthless.

Perfect for large groups

We came with a large group and loved all the space. Our group had constant fun spread out through the house. We had 6 cars and enough parking spots for all. The cots weren’t that great, would only recommend for a child around 10. Good thing we only needed 1. Would definitely rent here again!

Very Responsive

We arrived very late due to the freeway shutting down, and were still able to reach someone to help us get into the house. They were very responsive and we had a great time enjoying all the amenities of the beautiful property.
