    The Resort at Paradise Village is the perfect vacation home for all ages! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. This community is packed with the best amenities such as a resort-style pool that includes a new kid's water feature and a lazy river. You will also have access to the clubhouse, a park with pickleball courts, sand volleyball, a playground, a basketball court, and walking trails. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort-style amenities; there will never be a dull moment during your stay!

    The Resort is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 6 & 2 ½ bath home. The Resort can comfortably accommodate 20 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses and 2 twin foam mats. This extraordinary home was designed with features to create memories that will last a lifetime. With many amenities, you will not need to leave The Resort to have the vacation of your dreams! Spend your days lounging next to the private pool or challenging each other to a game of pool basketball. Compete in basketball, pickleball, tennis, or hockey on the sports court; or pull out spike ball and corn hole from the garage for even more entertainment! The kids will love climbing all over the kid rock wall or playing in the kid toy room while you barbeque a delicious meal. Grab a bowl of popcorn and settle in for a movie night, with Smart TVs, Direct TV, and surround sound; movie nights have never been so enjoyable! If everyone cannot agree on a movie, no worries! There are two living rooms, both with Smart TVs, Direct TV, an Xbox 1, and surround sound; everyone will be able to enjoy a movie or game of their choice. Have a game tournament in the game room, with 3 TVs, 3 Xbox 1's, Super Nintendo, Atari game System, and Direct TV; game tournaments or streaming a playoff game has never been easier! Take comfort in the privacy of your own room for some quiet time, each with its own Smart TV, it is easy to relax alone. Roast marshmallows around your private fire pit while the sun sets behind the desert mountains. After a long day, grab a cold drink and wind down in the private hot tub under the starry sky. No matter how you spend your time, The Resort will have you creating timeless memories!

Fantastic House!!

This was a great house for the softball tournament. Pool, hot tub and sports court were great. Grill and kitchen were perfect for team meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home with everything you can imagine! Plenty of room for our family of 20 with all the amenities and entertainment. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of pool towels, two washer/dryers and more. King beds were a big perk and every room is an ensuite!

We enjoyed our stay. Fireplace wasn't working but they came that same day to get it working. Pool was warm and the amenities were wonderful. Some of the furniture is getting warn but for the most part we had a wonderful stay. I would rate our stay a good 5.

Perfect for Our Group of 16!

This house was a dream! Clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen gear to extra towels. Tons of room for everyone to relax and hang out together, plus super comfy beds. Ideal for big groups, reunions, or celebrations. The private pool, hot tub and pickleball court was awesome. Just a short walk to the community lazy river and water slides, it was very convenient.. Kids loved it. I would definitely stay here again.

4th time renting this home with my children and grandchildren. Absolutely love the size of the dining table where we can eat together. pool area and patio amazing. basketball court/pickleball court, scooters, cornhole can all be enjoyed. love the private pool and jacuzzi as well as the public water park. plenty of counter space and parking. very attentive if we have questions. we will be back thank you

This home was the perfect size and location for our vacation. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the home. Family Gathering

This is a wonderful home to rent. It had lots of room for our large group. We had 9 children in the home. There was so much for them to do with the pool, video games, many TV's, sport court and the under the stairs cupboard. Even though the community pool was just across the street the children chose to stay at the home because they were having such a great time. The home was very comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

The disposal does not work very well. It kept clogging up. The hot tub never warmed up - the sensor is not wsorking as it read 109* but it never got that hot. The microwave door did not open and we had to use a fork at the bottom right to open it. Maybe you need a repair man to fix these problems. Otherwise we enjoyed the home.

We love coming here every year! There are 24 of us and we are comfortable here! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans/utensils/bowls/etc, you would need to make anything. And the fridges hold all the food we bring. The home was so clean and it's very intuitive to find anything! The pool was clean and so lovely- even in October! And the hot tub was glorious. We are so excited to come back next year.

Best Vacation Home!

Our family of seven adults and five children stayed for five nights. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The amenities couldn't have been better with a stocked kitchen, outdoor living space, private pool, pickleball court and game room just a few to mention. The Paradise Village Lazy river and waterslide was conveniently next door. Everything about this house was the best it could be. We will be staying again at Paradise Village #107!!!

Great Location

This is are third time staying here. Property is nice and close to the big pool. We love their court and private pool. The spa really never worked great (never got past the 90 degree range, likely needs to be updated). Property management was very responsive. The big pool gets very crowded early on so having our pool is nice. I would never stay in that vacation area without a pool.
