“The hotel looks good, but it was mostly just an aesthetic place. My room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was really bad, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best, and I had a big beautiful porch with no furniture outside. The restaurant staff ignored me until another guest asked them to give me service. The views were phenomenal. ”

“A true gem tucked away. Clean, updated rooms with cozy amenities. Friendly staff helped us with in town suggestions and booking local tours/transportation. Breakfast is included with numerous tasty options so don't miss out while overlooking a volcano in the distant. ”

“Everything was clean from the parking lot all the way up into the room and bathroom. Staff was always friendly and attentive. One little downside is the room door locking system could use refresh, but worked. ”

“Staff are amazing people. Great vibes. We were able to rent jet skis. The food is fresh and they have complementary breakfast. We stayed in the room that is on top of the water, if you get sea sick don’t get this room. It was beautiful experience. The view was great. You can swim in the lake or you can swim in their pool. ”

“When we arrived the front desk told us that the Expedía credit card was rejected, blaming Expedía. I insisted that I the room was already paid. Also the service was poor, they made us wait long for breakfast. I think that to minimize cost management has changed, but for the worse. The building is nice but front desk and people managing are not well trained. ”

“Lovely resort. We had a very spacious room so enjoyable to be in when relaxing. Great view over the lake. Pool was nice and very clean. We arrived really late at night as our flight was pushed back 6 hours. We didn’t get there till about 12:30. We communicated with them through WhatsApp and they sent us directions on how to get in. How to find our room. And a number to call if we had problems. Which we did as Expedia’s directions took us 12 minutes away from room and in El Salvador it seems to……
