"Our family had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Don Beto and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their attention to detail made everything seamless. Communication was clear and timely, and every aspect of the service exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend — a well‑deserved 5 stars!"

"Excellent stay"

"Safe and clean"

"Amazing place!"

"Great place to stay. Aracely and Wilbert are very kind and devoted to make your stay as perfect as possible. Only negative point is that the location given on the site is not the real one. The owner will only give it to you after you book and after you ask for it. Taxi had trouble finding."

"Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment."

"Nobody speaks English in the hotel. The music was too noisy every evening."

"Very quiet and nice place in the rain forest, restourant on the spot and great nature environment; plenty parking."

"Beautiful resort, staff was friendly and food was amazing."

"A Guatemala experience in a special little town...... a turnback to undiscovered places"

"There's a very complete restaurant, delicious food, and good prices. The resort is wonderful, just a few meters from the beach. The experience is very good. The only thing I didn't like is that there's no hot water in the apartment's bathroom showers."

"House was filthy beds were filthy unsafe neighborhoods had to stay elsewhere horrible experience "

"Terrible they charge double"
