“There were only 2 negative aspects : 1 The room air had a very strong deodorizer fragrance. It was strong enough to be a problem for sensitive folks. 2 Our room was #101, the first one next to the staircase at the end of a hall near an entrance. The sound of people thumping down the staircase was very annoying.”

“My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again.”

“When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. I assured him I was fine, and he efficiently got me to the front door to check in. The desk attendant was equally kind and courteous, and I was checked in with no……

“It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room. Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly.”

“Disgusting hotel never stay here. Toilet was clogged when checking into the room with nasty stuff and wouldn't flush. Towels and sheets super dirty. Whole place smells like smoke. This property needs to be demolished it's so terrible”

“This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”
