「The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.」

「I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Rio. The first room we were given was nothing like the photos online and was in really poor condition. It was dirty, had a strong moldy smell, and it genuinely felt like we were put in one of the worst rooms they had available. It was such a frustrating way to start our trip. To their credit, they did move us to another room after we complained, and I appreciate that they made the change. But it’s still hard to get past the feeling...

Dennoch gibt es Pluspunkte für das sehr freundliche Personal, dass unser Gepäck sowohl vor als auch nach dem Check-In bzw. Check-Out aufbewahrt hat und bei einer Störung unserer Klimaanlage innerhalb weniger Minuten eine gute Lösung für uns gefunden hat.
