“the outside is really outdated and needs repair. the office door is always locked and you have to ring a bell for someone to open and talk to you, they still have an ant invasion problem and have shut down several rooms. on the plus side, our room had extra toilet paper, and a clean refrigerator. last time there was left over food from someone else in the fridge.”

“Good location. Clean room. Clean pool. Easy parking. My only complaint is that Expedia listed a free breakfast and all they had was coffee. This is not on the facility, but on Expedia. When I asked about the breakfast I was told that Expedia had been told several times that there was no longer a breakfast offered and Expedia had not yet changed their listing to reflect the change.”

“We were here for one night of which we arrived late and left early. The staff member at the reception desk was friendly and helpful about restaurant choices in the area.
Our room was clean and we slept comfortably. As we were leaving our floor, I noticed several “out of order” signs in the area where the ice machine and laundry machines were—not knowing for how long.
Our most previous Best Western stay was in a Florida location where the morning coffee and apple pastry was wonderful. I was……

“I loved this well-appointed, stylish hotel in Archer City, 30 minutes from Wichita Falls. I stayed one night before the Hotter N Hell 100 recently and can't say enough about the accommodations and service. The hostess was very thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience, providing a place to store my bike overnight and providing a goodie bag with water and snacks the morning of the ride. The room was comfortable, with good quality mattress, towels, and toiletries. I……
