Needs some maintenance. Found leftover food in microwave. Microwave never cleaned before or during our stay. Would be nice to have a bit larger pillows. This is pretty minor. Staff was very good. Had issues with door card reader. Staff got it working our 2nd day. Location was great for us.

Manager had an abrupt attitude with me about a problem with the tv in my room having No picture but sound. The manager asked me to leave the counter after expressing my complaint.The night of 21August25 i reported this and was offered another room after 9pm . The room was absolutely filthy! There was someone else’s hair in the shower, bedding was dirty and stained, the toilet had stains inside, the bathroom floor had literal dirt everywhere and lap shade had mold on the top. Check in was long because there were other guests checking in and only one guest service agent. When I got to my room the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk to get it corrected. The hallway floors were dirty and food stained. The outside of the room doors were dirty and had old food residue on the bottom. This place needs a thorough cleaning!

Do not stay here! This is the filthiest hotel we have ever experienced. Bugs in the bed and on the wall. Bites on the face when we woke up. Rusty fixtures.

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately encountered an issue with the air conditioning unit in my room, which caused water to leak onto the carpet. The affected area became soaked, apparently before I even checked in the room, and developed a noticeable mildew odor, which the water reached as far as the bedside. While the staff was courteous, a room change could not be accommodated until the following morning, which made for an uncomfortable first night. Additionally, I was informed that any refund request would need to go through corporate, which added another layer of inconvenience. Thankfully, I had relatives staying at the same hotel, which helped alleviate the situation. I hope the property is able to address this maintenance issue promptly for future guests.

The staff was nice, except one lady who was trying to leave when we were checking in, but the girl who took over was very kind. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The ceiling had some mold on it, tub had hair in it (wall and floor) from previous guests, toilet paper holder wouldn't hold the toilet paper so it kept falling off, and there were brown smudges on the walls.

We had one of the worst stay’s in a hotel we’ve ever had. We got to our room and our keys took 15 tries to work. Got inside the room and it was so mucky in there so we turned on the AC. The AC worked great and that’s about the only good thing I can say of this hotel. The carpets were wet, the sheets were dirty (all the way down to the mattress cover. Yellow spots and random hairs all over everything.), the lock to the room door was broken, the light switch in the bathroom was broken, the window wouldn’t close all the way (which is why we assume the carpets were wet.), I tried to call down to place a complaint and ask for new linen and the phones didn’t even work. I walked down to the concierge and told her about our room and she looked at me with the blankest stare. I had to speak again and said “I don’t know what you want to do. New linens. New room. Something.” Her words were “I can assure you I have no idea what to do either. We have no rooms available and this woman ‘waves her hand to the woman behind me in the waiting area’, has a complaint about her room too.” She offered to get me clean linens. Went to the room the change the sheets and you can tell the mattress protector had not been replaced. It had a FRESH yellow stain on it. We woke up the next morning, packed up, ate a small amount of the breakfast, which wasn’t awful, and placed a complaint with the morning concierge whom took notes of our stay and said corporate would be emailing us.
