Overall Satisfactory
If I can say anything about our stay is that the property manager was extremely quick to respond and jumped on any concerns we may have had. There was a slight hiccup with booking last minute and the cleaning schedule, however it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The house is beautiful and was large enough for the 10 person occupancy. Overall it ended up being a good trip, even if it was due to a funeral.

Great place for our family Christmas together
A beautiful older home with fun and unique charm. My only reservation about renting this place again was that I must have misread the description thinking one of the bedrooms was on the main floor. Our older family members were not able to climb the stairs so they had to sleep on the sofas on the main floor. The kitchen with large dining room and beautiful living room were perfect for our meals together and to open presents and play games. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great accommodations for a family with kids
This place worked out really well for us. Lots of room. Close to the parks, a must for a family with small children. We even got to see the air balloon hot air, jubilee, an amazing spectacle of dozens of giant creatively designed hot air balloons that takes place this time every year. The host was very thoughtful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Jackson stay
Overall we had a great stay to attend a family wedding and was happy our family could stay under one roof. The only negatives was we did need to clean the master bath tub and 4 tiles came off the counter in the master bathroom and one bed did not have sheets on it. We really enjoyed our family ti e in the house and it was very close to the wedding we attended. Thank you.

Thank you Craig. I'm Glad you enjoyed your stay. The Broken tiles were fixed the day after you left. I’m looking into the tub and the sheets. Our cleaning person does a great job and takes pride in her work. I'm surprised this got by her, but I will let her know so she can be more vigilant. Very nice place to stay!
House was lovely! I would suggest a larger water heater because the hot water runs out very fast with a large group of people. But was a perfect size for our group.

The house was absolutely beautiful and a very well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were all great and the beds were very comfortable. The showering experience and the basement stairs cause me to reduce my rating. The downstairs shower was cramped and the fans didn't work. The master bath was a nightmare. It was very difficult to get in and out and there was no privacy- no curtain or door and the water was never very warm. The fans didn't work in the master bath either. The basement stairs are extremely dangerous and it was necessary to walk sideways and hold on for dear life.

Great House Great Location
The House is a great place for a get away, or in our case, meetings. The full bath upstairs is funky - you have to go up a few steps, then down into the tub/shower. Not a big deal for the average person. A large park is right down the street. Overall it's great. However, when we arrived the place had not been cleaned and after traveling for 12 hours it was a bummer, as well as awkward, to hang out while the cleaner did her work. Also, the main contact for the house was impossible to get ahold of - I called and wrote weeks before to get some more information since one of my team has special needs. I was told I would receive some funds back because of the cleaning issue, but I've yet to see it.

Nice place for family gathering
We enjoyed our stay for my mom's 80th birthday. There was a lot of space to spread out, lots of dishes and cookware. It is a nice home to gather. We did have some difficulty communicating, so instead of messaging through the app, I would contact the owner directly by way of the phone number listed. One suggestion we have is that the bathrooms have bath soap and shampoo. That would help those who come directly from the airport. Thank you for the use of your home.

NYE weekend
We enjoyed a kids free NYE weekend here and were very happy with the house!! The basement was a little chilly, but with a heater we made it work. The floors are a little squeaky but you only notice that when it’s quiet. For us the TV was hard to navigate, but we finally figured it out. This house had all the space we needed and more! Everyone had their own space and slept comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fabulous!
We had the best time staying at this gorgeous home. My family and in-laws came to town for the premiere of a piece I wrote for the Jackson Symphony and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. Plus in the morning we awoke to a beautiful dusting of snow…it was magical! Thank you so much!!

the house was great! plenty of room and all the necessities (coffee maker, smart tv, etc). the beds were SUPER comfortable and the house was very clean. my ONLY comment, i tried to message the host after we checked in (both through the app and the number provided) and never heard back. but, overall, we loved our stay!

Perfect for our girls night!
We spent a night at this beautiful home for my best friend’s bachelorette party. Such a perfect and sweet house. All the ladies loved it. The hosts even provided “bride tribe” mugs since I had told them ahead of time that it was a bachelorette party. Would 100% recommend!

This was such a great place to share with your family. They have everything you need. Games for the children. To spray for my pans. Washer and dryer, I have been gone from home for 3 weeks. I felt like i was home.

Exactly What We Needed

Nice but not great for the cost
While the property was nice, (beautiful fireplace); there was peeling paint and older 80's fixtures including a master bathroom that was a bit much (and a bit scary w/ the tiled steps leading up to the step down tub). Also, for over the amount we paid for 1 night there was no extra toilet paper in the bathrooms! I didn't want to poach from the other bath so there I am in the middle of the night searching for TP all over the house (I took a roll from the bath downstairs). Also, for the price I would at least stock coffee. Even a $75 hotel room has coffee available. Could be worth the money if a little more care was put into the property.

Great stay for a family wedding!
This place was very large and were able to enjoy a 3 night stay for a local family wedding. Our kids loved running around the huge house and playing in the basement! My favorite part was the wood burning fireplace. I brought dry wood from home knowing they had an outdoor firepit, but used the wood for inside. Lots of natural lights with all the windows.

Beware of basement stairs!
Beautiful home. Well decorated. Only one important issue: the stairs leading down to the finished basement are treacherous. Very small, carpeted steps. Two adults actually fell down the stairs. The eldest, 66 year old woman, had to go to the local E.R. for xrays of ankle and wrist. Severe strain. Thank goodness no break. Other than that, very nice property.

Great House to bring together a few families
The house is clean and well furnished for a couple of families to stay together. We were unfortunately in town for a funeral, but it allowed three families to stay comfortably with plenty of space to eat meals and sit around to visit. Highly Recommended.

Phillip and his guests were great! Their communication was on point, they respected the departure checklist and house rules and left the place in the same condition as it was upon arrival. We would definitely allow them to come back for another stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 7 seniors. We had a reunion at the Cascades event center on Saturday then a brunch at the house for our relatives. Big kitchen and serving area along with the large living room and overflow room worked great for our guests. Plenty of parking area out front. We did let the owner know that the oven did not keep temperatures. There were plenty of bedrooms and everyone slept well. The bathtub shower upstairs was a challenge for seniors to get into but other than that if you want a great place to stay in Jackson look no further than this house. We did call Morgan when we first arrived and she respond in a few minutes from when we called her. We would definitely stay at this house again on any return trips to Jackson.
