We were charged a $100 " amenities fee" upon arrival. They basically did NOT tell us what it was for, even though I had a printed copy of the receipt from Expedia. NO MENTION OF EXTRA FEES! UPON CHECK OUT WE WERE TOLD THAT FEE WOULD HAVE TO BE REIMBURSED FROM EXPEDIA. I still DO NOT have an email from you showing refund has been issued! WTH - WHO'S TRYING TO PULL WHAT HERE?

We found this location to have friendly staff, all the amenities, and conveniences, one would expect of a quality hotel. However; we did find it odd to not have a small refrigerator, or microwave in the room. Apparently; the room was not designed to have these items.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a Walmart within walking distance. There are a couple eating places near by which is nice because Milan is such a small town. The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean. There were plenty of chairs around the pool so others could sit down. It was an overall good experience.

We had a great stay only down side was the pool wasn’t open, even though it was ready to go, the manager said it wasn’t open until Memorial Day…other than that the room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, and the hot breakfast was good.

The property overall seemed clean. However, when we got to our room, there was a dirty washcloth on the sink in our bathroom. The toilet could’ve been a little cleaner as well. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The staff was excellent. There was a pretty good breakfast as well.

All staff were very friendly and courteous especially at the front desk. Our room was clean but it was so outdated. The rug was raveled along the edge and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away. The hotel rooms need refurbished badly. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as we were there for just one night. Check-in was so easy.
