The faculty were all extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is the TV in the room only had four channels. During a winter month with limited activities to do last 5pm, having a little more entertainment available in the room would have been nice.

We did not even stay at the property so I would like my money back. The elevator was broken, we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, there was holes in the walls, stains on all the floors, smelled of weed, cigarette burns in bedding, and the most awful hotel I’ve ever been in.

After driving 10 hours i arrived here and was told they were sold out of rooms after i booked a week before my stay. the front desk lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and had an attitude with me the entire time. We had no where to sleep and had to find a differrent last minute hotel

This property is filthy. On arrival we were greated to a smoke filled lobby with a faint marijuana smell. The room floors, bathtub and counters were very dirty. The carpets had large stains and the blinds had a huge tear it it. The adjacent property is a homeless facility.

The staff was extremely pleasant. The rooms were nice but not nicely kept as far as cleanliness. The cleaning staff should always check over their work to make sure everything is complete, especially in the bathroom. The soap that they offer is very small and could not be used to shower with. Its best to bring your own because the stores are a pretty good distance away.

This hotel was nasty and smelled of weed and cigarettes. There was never anyone at the front desk. No phone in room to contact front desk. Number called was not at location. The sheets and covers were stained and full of burn holes. It was simply awful.

The first room were given was dirty. The bed looked as though it had been slept in, stains on sheets and blankets. Drinks were on the table and food in the fridge. Given key to different room and that one was same condition. Dirty napkins in the bed and drinks left on table. Carpets are filthy! I was very disappointed
