Fraud

Hotel was sold last month and no longer exists. I could not check in. Door was locked and no one was there. I paid for a hotel room that is nonexistent. I want a refund on my credit card. It is fraudulent to collect money for nonexistent hotel rooms

We didn’t even get to stay at the hotel it was so unsafe. The hotel manager was out front smoking weed. We have already reached out to have a refun issued as this hotel is nothing like what the website represents. It should be removed from all lostongs due to its conditions and the area it is. The police have a cruiser stationed at the hotel side entrance for when someone is shot or over overdoes on drugs. This is a horrible representation on this website and everyone overseeing it.

i could not checkin. although there was a lite open sign, no one was thete. when i tried calling, there was a three option message. the option that i chose was a transfer into nowhere. this occurred around 11:30pm on october 5th. Bottom line i received no service.

I hated my stay. We had to find out own room. They were all covered in roaches. We had no TV and no pillows or blankets on the bed. We had bought 2 rooms and could only use one. That one had NO KNOB in the shower so we had no hot water. No toilet paper. No locks on the doors. It was absolutely disgusting and had hookers and drug addicts everywhere and sleeping In the corridors. Would never recommend this place for anyone or anything!!

The worst motel in the world!

Stop stop stop don’t even consider staying at this dump. This has been the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some dumps. Roach infested hookers drugs the whole 9 yards runaway. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place look at the pictures.

This place was filthy. The bedding was badly stained. Both of the rooms we were shown reeked badly of stale cigarette smoke. There was no top sheet, wash cloths, towels or any other necessity of traveling. I finally got 1 towel and wash cloth from the front desk. It was still wet, and badly torn. The entire facility was in disrepair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They wanna change the agreed rate that I got through the internet and then after I said ok, they kick me out of the hotel telling me that they don’t have a room for me. Go somewhere else. They deduct down payment before I even got there. Then they were trying to deduct the rest of the amount after they kicked me out. They are thieves.

The property was terrible. The room was hot and the smell was horrible. There were no towels available the 1st night had to request for some. The rooms could use some renovation.

NEEDS CONDEMNED! ROACHES, NO HOT WATER, NO A/C

ROACHES, AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK, no hot water, plugged toilet, no trash can, hard bed, broken furniture, no microwave, NO WI-FI, told no double rooms when I got there even though it was reserved, four people had to sleep in king room. LOOKS DESERTED. NEEDS CONDEMNED. Read all the reviews first. I didn't and wish I had. There were no motels available for the money I had. I would've stayed in the car if I could've gotten a refund.

Ceiling was leaking water

There were roaches roaming when you cut the lights off. The room was 219 and i assume when the room upstairs took a shower, water would fall from the ceiling. I recorded it. Tub was semi clogged with tobacco shavings. I did not find the remote to tv. When i initially arrived the employee told me all rooms were booked instead of asking me May I help you.

Made a reservation a week or so ahead, when I arrived the staff was sitting on the couch in the lounge area & rudely told me that they didn't have any rooms.
