Wonderful location and beautiful property!
The property was lovely with an amazing view! Close to Jackson, close to GB Nat Park—we saw moose and a red tailed hawk moments from our door. The property manager was extremely responsive and answered all questions in advance of our family trip. We are already looking to return!

Should have been a GREAT stay, but wasn't
Saddest VRBO review I have ever written. The unit is very much as described. It’s a beautiful condo with a fantastic view of the Tetons. The unit is very comfortable, well furnished, and has everything needed to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. It even has a garage. Also very secure, but still only 4 miles from town. Shopping and dining are convenient. Should have been a top-notch experience. But it wasn’t. Upon entry we noted immediately that there were open (exposed) glue type mouse traps in the dining room and next to the fireplace with mouse droppings on both. We observed mice twice in the living space during our stay. We immediately messaged Outpost. We messaged them a second time and while they added more enclosed traps, they didn’t remove the contaminated traps. Finally, we went to their office with pictures and demanded action face to face. The ceiling light in the shower area was burned out. There was problem with the fitted sheet on the MBR bed which was also mentioned in previous reviews and hasn’t been addressed. To be fair to Outpost they did refund approximately 12% of the payment for this unit. We live in the country and are quite familiar with dealing with mice. We guard the perimeter and don’t wait until mice are in the living space to intervene. We haven’t seen a mouse in the living space in years. We are not “city folks”. This is our 8th stay at 7 properties. Wish I could post pictures of the mouse traps but can't

Spring Creek Ranch’s location, on top of East Gros Ventre Butte, offers incredible views as well as a more authentic mountain experience as opposed to locations downtown. While we are glad to hear you enjoyed this aspect of the home, we agree there should not be mice inside of the property. We are truly sorry again for the impact this had on your vacation. Amazing View!
Our stay here was pleasant enough. View of the mountains was amazing! Condo itself was generally fine, but a little disappointing in that the furnishings were not as shown in the pics / couch and chairs were older and a bit worn. Some bad stains on the carpeting made it “feel” like it wasn’t clean, although nothing else really jumped out at me. The coffee makers didn’t work but the management company promptly brought us a new one. Kitchen was equipped with some nice cooking perks such as various olive oils and spices which is so great if you want to make dinners while traveling. Screen was falling off the back door frame when we arrived but wasn’t a major inconvenience. Outpost was great to work with, but the check in management company wasn’t the best. Property has a keyless entry so it would have been better to get a parking pass in the mail versus having to check in at the desk, as they weren’t super accommodating. I would stay at this condo again in the future for the view alone though! Kitchen, master bedroom and bath were beautiful as well. Second bedroom would work well for kids but not great for another adult couple - although we made it work. I gave the property a 4 because 3 seemed too low for the few issues we had. Overall a decent/good place and could easily be 5 stars with a few updates.

Only one minor complaint
Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, great views, plenty of room. The only complaint is minor, and is in regard to the bedding in the master bedroom. The mattress is very tall, and the fitted sheet had very short pockets, so during the night the fitted sheet would come loose and turn into a cocoon. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. I'd stay there again without a doubt, even if the sheets were still aggravating. Also, as a note to the owners, the owners' pantry in the kitchen does not lock. The locking mechanism is bent. Looks like someone just yanked on it and bent the bar. We were doing a quick survey of kitchen supplies and I opened that (right side) door without seeing the "owners' " label, and it came open. We didn't use anything in that pantry, and I promise, it was already bent before I opened it. Owner may want to put a sturdier lock on it.

Wonderful
Absolutely wonderful property! Well stocked, clean, nice layout that was perfect for a family of 5 with 3 young kids. Plenty of firewood in the garage. Amazing views and sitting on the back deck was a pleasure to watch the sunset each night. Community heated pool and hot tub was a nice touch for the kids. Would stay again!

We had to check into the resort office did not care for that. Cabin as comfortable and owner allowed us to add on a night for great fee. Town easily accessible, great location to Tetons. Saw a moose in yard , would recommend the horse back riding at resort. Bike rental on property. Very fun!! Bed in master comfortable, full in second bedroom not so comfortable

Fun family vacation in the snow!
We had a wonderful time at this rental in Jackson Hole. The gorgeous Mountain View’s cannot be beat! The property management company was great about checking in regularly. The home is well maintained. It was so nice to have our own kitchen, living room, dining room and a big backyard where our boys could play. We would love to come back!

Perfect Jackson Getaway

Best family get away to date! Have 2 teenagers - this was a beautiful property with enough space and FANTASTIC views! Close enough to town but far enough away to be in the wilderness. A++ rating!!!

Great condo with views

Favorite location ever!
This Townhome is one of our absolute favorites! The location is perfect. The view of the Tetons takes my breath away! We very much enjoyed a roaring real fire daily. It’s stocked with everything needed, has a spa and hot tub close by. Horse riding stable in walking distance. You won’t regret booking here! This was our second stay in this exact townhome. My only complaint, and it’s personal preference, is that the beds are pretty hard and my family likes soft beds. It still would not affect future stays.

Wonderful Stay in Jackson Hole
This is our second time staying at Spring Creek Ranch and we really enjoyed the views from the condo. It has plenty of space and a nice kitchen. We have stayed in downtown Jackson but you just don't get the views and quiet feeling of SCR. Outpost was easy to work with and checked with us during the stay to make sure everything was ok. My only suggestion is for housekeeping to keep the blinds closed prior to check in because the condo was very warm when we arrived.

Amazing week near the Tetons
This is a wonderful property and location. We were close to Teton Village, Grand Teton National Park and Jackson. The views from the porch are stunning. The outpost crew was available and helped with our needs during our stay. Highly recommended.

Fabulous vacation thanks to fabulous place!
The condominium was exactly as described. The bedding was lovely. There were several heat zones which made it very comfortable. It was really nice to have the extra half bath. Having the garage space was nice and it was immaculate! The condominium was extremely clean. There were plenty of glasses, silver and dishes. The location was perfect....easy access to the airport, town and ski area. Having the hot tub access was great after a long day of skiing. We'd go back to this location and this unit in a heartbeat! Thank-you so much.

Very Nice, However....
Very nicely appointed unit with a beautiful view of the Tetons. I took one star away from this review because I left two items of clothing in the unit and when I called the management company regarding the return to me of these items, they had “disappeared”. Even though I recognize it was my responsibility to collect my things, you would expect for a unit of this caliber that my items wouldn’t “disappear”. The management company was relatively indifferent to my request that they try to locate my items.and not especially accommodating.

Hi Renno, While our rental agreement clearly states that we are not responsible for lost items, we do our best to locate guests' belongings that have been left behind and return them whenever possible, regardless of the caliber of home they stayed in. In your case, we felt we were especially accommodating, as we sent multiple teams to look for the belongings that you had forgotten. We have an extremely reliable housekeeping staff, who have turned in hundreds of dollars in cash before, and who go to great lengths to track down items for guests. Beautiful home with amazing views of the Tetons and surrounding area.
The home was simply gorgeous with amazing views of the Tetons. Beds were very comfortable and furnishings were lovely. The only suggestion for improvement I have is that the kitchen contain a few more items to faciltate cooking. Some suggestions might be: foil, Saran wrap, ziplock baggies, selection of commonly used spices, cookie sheet... We did notice the shower and tub were very slow to drain. The bottom window bracket in the master bedroom was disconnected. But overall, the view from the back deck made up for any shortcomings. I will miss the peaceful time I spent reading in the warm sunshine and admiring the view. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great location, nice condo!
This unit is very nice, it’s newer, and better furnished, than another nearby that were we had previously stayed. Our only issue was that the drains in both showers were somewhat clogged and slow to drain. Other than that, it was great!

beautiful view of tetons in a wildlife preserve only 10 min from town and 20 from Teton Park.
A lovely place to spend a week. Condo is well equipped and beautiful scenery is everywhere. Pool is nice and close by. Property management makes check in easy and they had coffee and popcorn as gift. Nice touch. My only quibble is that when we arrived, it was 87 degrees. Since there is no AC, i wish the blinds had been pulled down on the windows. However, we found several fans, and were able to cool down the house in a few hours. Otherwise, fantastic. We will return!

You make a great point about having the blinds drawn during the day, as this is what we recommend our guests to do keep homes cool before temperatures drop significantly in the evening. Many of our guests prefer blinds to be open so that they can take in the sights during their initial impression of the home, but we will weigh these two options as a team. Everything about the property was amazing!
We loved our stay so much, it was difficult to leave! The view and house was even better than the pictures online. It had everything we needed to be more than comfortable, including kitchen supplies, extra blankets and pillows, bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and information of the surrounding area. We can not wait to plan our next trip!

Quick Trip to Jackson

Splendid Accomodations and View
A beautiful, very well laid-out condo. The kitchen and appliances are great for someone that wants use them and cook for the crew, with a large table for everyone to gather around. Full-sized washer and dryer is great for keeping your active clothes clean and dry (a luxury when skiing and hiking). It's hard to ask for more.

Perfect property!
The pictures on VRBO are impressive but when you get there it's even better. So beautifully appointed and cozy and also very large. It's not in Teton Village but we actually preferred being away from the "action." Only a 20 minute drive to the JHMR and may 10 minute from downtown Jackson. Going back next year!

Great view in a Great location
Located on a hilltop with a beautiful view of the Tetons this property is a convenient place from which to enjoy your vacation. Not far from either Jackson or Jackson Hole the two floor unit has been nicely updated and has plenty of room. Two bonuses, there's a wood-burning fireplace and you get the use of the attached garage to park your car. We've stayed at everything from ski in ski out luxury hotels and condos to cabins in the woods over the years. This property and its location provided as pleasant a stay as we've had.
