Lovely home and was perfect for our purpose which was a family get together. Only a couple of minor issues which we were able to work around. The bedside lamps in the master bedroom did not work nor did the Keurig coffee maker. The only other thing was the ice maker is very slow to refill and we didn't use that much ice at all. But again overall we enjoyed the room the house offered for our family get together.

We resrved this property for a 3 day stay to celebrate a friend's birthday. This is one of the cleanest properties we have rented and we use VRBO for almost all our trips. There was a well stocked kitchen with good appliances. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were also well stocked. This is a residential neighborhood that was really quiet with not a lot of in and out traffice. It is close to a lot of restaurants. We stayed in Jackson to shop for new inventory for our friend's small business in Memphis. There were plenty of options to choose from. Will stay there again if she wants to do more shopping and if the house is available. Great value for the price!!!

Great family stay close to Union

Our family stayed at the house for a weekend event at Union. The location was perfect just 5min from campus. The neighborhood is quiet. We hardly heard or saw any neighbors. It is a street of small older homes - some look better cared for than others. This house is well cared for and was very clean. We felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the house was set up perfectly for our family. Nice big closets and very well stocked. We would certainly stay here again!
