Leaking sink, faucet in tub runs constantly, slight roach problem. Not an ideal environment, for prices and deposits requested by management. Ive seen cheaper with less issues.

Horrible room, dead animal in bathroom sink light. Imagine you are washing your teeth and this animal fells over you! Toilet paper holder used as an ashtray. And this was a non smoking room. Shower curtain full of mold and shower was dirty. This was the second room as the first one was having problems with the door magnet and we had to move to other room for safety reasons.

Conducting bad business

Minutes after checking in and getting to my room, i saw a rat running out of the bathroom. I asked for a refund since i didn't stay afterwards and was all but denied for it. I will no longer do hotel stays with Super 8.

This property was not clean and smelled strongly of mildew. The toilet leaked all over the floor and was dirty. There were mildew stains on the dust ruffle of the bed. The room above us was extremely loud with kids running and jumping and banging around continuously for about an hour. And this was like 11:45-12:45 am. Extremely frustrated and the only reason we didn’t leave is because I needed to try to get at least a few hours of sleep. I have heart failure and we had a very long drive in the morning. I do not think it would have one percent chance of passing a health inspection.

No pillow cases, sounds like your neighbors are sitting talking in the room with you. Watered down coffee, waffle maker without batter. I just described all the breakfast available. Reservation in advance was prepaid fully, but it took an hour between lady at front desk and manager to verify it. Mold was black on the shower curtain, plugged sink and rocking back and forth toilet. Dark lights, gross carpets. They should demolish this place.

The room was dusty. The bathroom had something black on the wall behind the door and on the shower floor as well. Burn marks on the tub. The toilet paper holder was disgusting. Was afraid something was going to bite me. It took hours for the ac to cool the room. When someone walked down the hallway i could feel it when i was laying on the bed. For breakfast all the had was 1 waffle maker, orange juice and cereal

Staff was great. There was no breakfast as it was advertised and there wasn’t any shampoo even upon request. The room appeared to be cleaned but once you got to the other side of the room you could obviously tell it wasn’t.

No light in the bathroom now working air conditioner no microwave my room wasnt ready so i had to pay extra for another room that also wasnt ready i had to sit in the room holding all my things until housekeeping finished cleaning the light that was supposed to be put in above the sink was left on the floor by the door no locks on the door that u can physically lock the covers was dirty as well

Overall, it needs to be inspected by sanitation or pest control or safety . Facility itself smells, the building is dirty . Specifically the 1st room we got, as you open the door it have that pungent smell and as if you wanted to back out but you cant. When trying to put on the light, it dint work! And you can hear water dripping from the bathroom faucet and you can see insect flying around. Sanitation and ventilation is very very poor. Go to the beds and linen! It look's like unwashed. We immediately came out and asked to change room. Got changed but same condition except no insects flying. Door is with hole and bathroom door cant even close. So don't try to advertise them until unless had a go with sanitation, ventilation and safety. I didn't go with the free breakfast as we dint try the waffle served.

Traumatized waste of money

Night time Front desk clerk should not be attempting to clean rooms, laundry or mop floors. Just front counter and be up there ready when guest arrive. Roaches running across walls and floors in room, dirty, washing machines must need maintenance cause it doesnt clean right so the sheets and bedding was hairy, stained bedding with holes and footprints. We had them come change the bedding and “new clean bedding” was worse. Only breakfast provided was watery waffle batter , sticky glass syrup bottle, no butter. No toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, towels were full of holes and make up stains. They sent us a text at 8AM waking us up saying “we hope you enjoyed your stay, please click the link to check out” when we was trying to sleep like we paid to do, with check out for 11AM. Front desk dude blamed the text on Wyndham. Jacuzzi had curly black pube looking hairs all over on the side and bottom. Floors dirty under tables in rooms and under sinks, especially drywall & food crumbs, hair. Dirty inside microwave in room, fridge full of rust. Dirty lamp, light fixtures, ceiling vents with years of dust. Dirty cracked ice machine that only gives one cup of ice at a time unless you push it a bunch of times and wait. We suspect potentially employees are using the rooms for personal use, because why is it that we booked our room at 9PM, checked in at 9:30PM and front desk clerk was cleaning it. First time I ever leave a hotel wanting a shower somewhere right away.
