On this same level you will find the living room with a large flat-screen TV, and the kitchen which features all major appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven, as well as beautiful views! There is a gas grill available at this home. The bottom level of the home sleeps 9 additional guests with 2 queen-size beds, 2 queen-size pull-out sofas, one futon, one full bathroom, and a large laundry room.

Both levels have access to peaceful, covered decks overlooking the spacious backyard and water! With plenty of room for outside activities, the home is suited for groups of all sizes.
