「It was a quick one night trip for my son to visit with a friend and it was the perfect 48 experience. We arived early, little after 10 am, and were allowed to check in early. Spent the day at the beach which is just like a block away. We had a little trouble with the lock because the door was somewhat ajar but host was very accommodating and helped us out within no time. It was very clean, beds were so soft, location was great. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend. 」

「Overall good stay, the balcony was my absolute favorite, the view and atmosphere was great. The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!」

「The host interaction was fine. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location can’t be beat. It’s very small. 4 people would have a hard time. The kitchen is workable, but I wouldn’t say ready for prime time. I had trouble with the front door and the lock system, but the day before I left, they changed the batteries and that made all the difference. The backyard is really just the side of the house. 」
