"Very nice property to stay at for a day or 2. Location excellent. Easy walk to many different eating establishments. Bar on site with limited kitchen and somewhat fairly priced. Price for stay was extremely over priced. We could have stayed a 1/2 mile away for a lot less but this was the last time we will ever be back in Jax (life changes) and the beach does hold good memories for our 43 years together."

"The unit was very clean and welcoming. The temperature was set perfectly for the weather outside. There were no issues with the system while we were there. There was every conceivable combination of hair products, lotions and personal care items available. The little kitchenette is perfect for a short term stay. There were plenty of towels available and other bedding accessible if needed. It was very pet friendly with a fenced in yard to walk your dog in. Our host was very welcoming and accessible for any questions that rose during our stay. The plants in the room were beautiful and gave a very homey atmosphere to our area. Obviously this unit is loved and cared for. There is only one thing that I would have added to make my stay any better. There needs to be a comfortable option for sitting. Because this unit can sleep four, the only option for sitting is the bed or the futon. The futon just doesn’t quite fit the bill as a chair nor does the bed. There is plenty of shopping in the area and a Publix less than two miles away. The ocean is within smelling distance also. Im spite of the futon and no seating, I still give this unit a 9/10 and we have booked another stay there already."
