A1938 original, remodeled beach bungalow family home great for a family vacation. Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, and a leisurely 9 block walk to the beach with public access. Quiet neighborhood within close proximity of all Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Golf-course, Boat Marina, Ball-fields, water park, min. golf, arcade, go-karts all within 5 minutes. Shopping, multiple restaurants, coffee, bars, grocery, & people/dog parks. Newly added to Jax Beach is “Beach Bowl” bowling alley with ground floor and roof top restaurants just 4 blocks away.
The space
3/2 Home with Laundry, Large fully fenced outdoor space for pets & activities, and ample parking for multiple vehicles, RV, Boat, or trailers. 10 minute walk to Public Beach Access, restaurants, bars, and local shopping. As well as Community Pavillion for festivals and events. Blues Fest, Jazz Fest, and beach activities. 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic or Baptist Hospital. 15 minute drive to TPC Sawgrass Golf Course.

Lovely bungalow!!!

We stayed here the weekend before our Jacksonville cruise. This cute little beach bungalow was perfectly decorated and spotless! Our group loved the family and pet friendly atmosphere. The little personal touches throughout (a few snacks, a binder of helpful information, board games, some extra beach supplies, etc.) helped make our weekend getaway PERFECT. Awesome location: We walked to Publix, jogged to the beach, and even walked to the European Diner for dinner- so simple! Bonus: We had a bit of an emergency and the property manager, Vicki, truly went above and beyond to help us!

Birthday Fun at the Beach

My daughter asked could we head to the beach for her birthday with a couple of her friends. I told her I’d like to find a place to accommodate us and be accessible to all of the things I had planned. The property is beautiful, we were near EVERYTHING! The neighbors were friendly and Vicki saw to it that her instructions were clear and she notified us of everything that she had done or was doing. I only wish that check out was 11:00 which was NOT detrimental to ANYTHING we had going on just had a late night and could’ve used the extra hour. Thank you so much Vicki.

This was the cutest little house and it was just a few blocks from the beach. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. The host was easy to reach and responded promptly.
