「Staying a week in a hotel can bitter opinions in most people. Missing the comfort of home. Not at this hotel. The staff wouldn’t let it. Ms. Moon was WONDERFUL to us. We need more people like her spread out through the world. All of the staff deserves recognition for their kindness, their respect, attention to our safety, and their enthusiastic desire to help. The breakfast could use some “pepping” up. Other than that, when in Jacksonville again, I will definitely stay here. 」

「Everything was great! The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The only improvements would be to upgrade the dated carpet in the hall, add more meat selections for breakfast (they only had pork), and to have the hot tub working (the pool guys were there when we were leaving).」
