「Room was clean, staff was friendly. The outlet in our bathroom didn't work and there weren't any rooms avaliable to move to, so we just had to deal with it. The indoor pool was nice for the kids. 」

「This motel needs renovation by professionals. The furniture is new and good quality, but the bathtub had mold around the rim. Caulking around the bathroom looked like it had been applied by an amateur. You had to go to the lobby to get internet connection. The door key system was bad. Took up to ten tries to get the green light and open the door. 」

「The pictures did not match the room. The bathroom had refillable toiletries attached to the wall that stayed empty. housekeeping was every other day and we came on a holiday weekend so they only came once during our stay.」

「The trash cans were over flowing all over the ground, there were stray cats everywhere. The grass area is not pet friendly and had glass in it. The room had duct tape holding the floor together, rust all over the shower, brown stains in the toilet. Thin sheet for the bed, and one pillow on a full size bed. The vending machines were sold out. The staff was friendly, the fridge and freezer were ice cold. 」

「My stay at the DoubleTree was wonderful. From staff, to the room everything was great. But I did notice in some areas where renovations could possibly take place for a better point of view. They aren’t as noticeable but still should be attended to 」

「Ive bee at hotels near the interstate before, but this hotel was noisy from the interstate traffic. When we arrived, we saw there was no parking available in the hotel parking lot and the garage was filled with furniture. I asked what floor renovations were taking place on and was told 4th floor and requested not to be placed on that floor. I awoke early to meet family members downstairs who were dropping off kids. Not only was furniture being brought up to 4th floor, but the only elevator was...
