“Safe and quiet ”

“The property charged my debit card a safety deposit of $100 and did not tell me how long it will take for the money to be reimbursed back to my card, which is important for those of us who need to know daily how much is in our account. They need to tell visitors how much they are taking for security deposit and let the guest know exactly WHEN the money will be back on the card, rather than not telling the guest how much they were charging the card (2 charges of $50) and the lady did not say……

“Clean bedding and room and comfy and love the river front balcony other than no chairs! Had to ask 3 times to get chairs and then they were “old style kitchen chairs!” So weird but the staff is very nice . The main part of hotel needs attention for sure . Dirty carpets all through hotel floors outside the rooms . Dirt old looking elevators . Very nice staff though! ”

“The whole staff is amazing! Tina greets you every morning for breakfast, then Peaches is there to give you a great experience ! The front desk is so helpful and quick, Michelle does an amazing job! I will definitely stay here again! ”

“Front desk help was good at times but not helpful at other times depending who was working. When I asked about a place for breakfast the desk person never looked up from what she was doing and recommended Panera. I could have done that myself but I was looking for a more local place. We found something on our own.”

“Pool was clean warm. Room was big enough for all 5! Breakfast good. Best part was lady at front desk so friendly. Even had goody bags games and books for children”

“It's a cheap motel. You get what you pay for. Road construction made it hard to get to the property, and they are renovating. ”

“The breakfast was very limited and the only fruit avaliable was an apple The kitchen was very clean Our room was spacious but the carpet was very old. We got the room with a leak problem. We discover the leak on the 3rd day of our stay. The front desk offered to move us in another but we declined cuz the room has a funky smell and decided to stay another day ”
