Our room was nice and clean as was the rest of the hotel. I was hesitant because I had recently stayed with a friend at another BW property in the Houston area and I didn’t feel it was very clean or taken care of. However, I am happy to report that the Jacksonville BW was very tidy and the staff were very nice- every single one we interacted with. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

I spent the best night I've had in 30 years in one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful and even smiled when I dropped my cup of coffee on the floor. My thanks to the staff of the best western in Jacksonville Texas. Also the breakfast was great,, better than I've had in many years.

Everything was good the thing that I didn’t Like is how much they charge for an early Check in, I had just drove over 6 hours and wanted to get ready before my appointment and the early check in fee was just ridiculous, I don’t mind paying extra but what they charged was crazy. I did an early check in before and it was $20 less than what they charged this time

Although the employees were very nice, we specifically asked our room to be serviced and it was not. Also, there were never enough towels at the pool and hot tub area. There were a lot of construction workers staying there that were loud sitting in the hallways or parking lot, talking and drinking.
