Kiddos and adults alike can be entertained and unleash their creativity drawing on the chalkboard wall while you easily unpack using the elevator. Please be patient with the elevator, it is residential so it is much slower than commercial types.

The house features a reverse floor plan with 4 outdoor decks. 3 Decks are covered and one is not.

The second floor offers the Primary Suite with a king bed and full bathroom. It also includes one queen bedroom and one bedroom with 2 twin beds, with a shared bathroom between those two rooms. The third floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and additional queen bedroom and a full bathroom.

All four bedrooms and the living room include newer flat screen ROKU tvs with Spectrum cable.

LINENS are provided at no extra charge. (bed sheets, washclothes, hand towels & bath towels)

Pack your favorite beach towels and gear for a fun-filled day by the shore. We may have some chairs/boogie boards available for you to enjoy, but since items can sometimes go missing or break, we can't guarantee they'll be there.

For a weekend getaway, we've got you covered with plenty of essentials like hand soap, papertowels, toilet paper, trash bags, and detergents. You should have everything you need but as your stay lengthens or if you have specific preferences, you might want to bring your own. Personal bathing & hygiene products NOT provided, please bring your own.

No minimum night stay but cleaning fee stays the same because a professional cleaning service has to clean everything regardless of how many days stayed.

On departure please load and start the dishwasher with dirty dishes. Also load and start the washing machine with used towels, please use bleach. Do NOT strip beds, cleaning personnel will do that, things go missing when guests do it. Remove all your garbage & food from the home. The cleaning service fee you are charaged is exactly what it cost me to have the home professionally sanitized and to wash the linens...it's not me cleaning it, like other homeowners may choose to do. If for some reason you run into a situation where the home is not cleaned when you arrive, please call me immediately so I can try to make it right.

Trash/Recycle days are Wednesdays year round. In addition, during peak season May-October for the trash ONLY there is an additional picked up day on Saturday too. Please put trash bins by the mailboxes at the main road the night before so they can be picked up the next morning. Bring bins promptly back to the home after trash pick up because the city imposes fees. Please see the refrigerator for complete instructions about check out and trash procedures.
