What a wonderful property. The beach was just across the street and the community pool was plenty big to handle the visitors every day. The house was comfortable with plenty of amenities. I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy and explore Surf City Beach and surrounding areas.

Perfect vacation

It was our first time in Topsail and we loved everything from local attractions to enjoying the beach every day. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach or pool and beautiful sunsets. We felt at home with plenty of things to cook with, games to play and even beach toys. Looking forward to next year already!

Pure perfection at “Our Topsail Escape”

“Our Topsail Escape” did not disappoint! We had the most amazing two weeks here. It isn’t like staying in a rental property at all. The owners take great care to ensure it feels like home the moment you walk into the property. No detail is overlooked and every amenity is provided. It is great for kids, pets, families, or couples! The Queens Grant community is peaceful and beautiful with a great pool and easy beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Topsail vacation spot

From the moment we secured the vacation property, we knew it would work our well. The owners were very responsive and friendly and set the tone for a great trip.They made the process so easy and 100% prepared us for our stay. They not only provided directions for everything, but pictures and detailed instructions. This was the first trip(and we've had many), that we did not lack for anything. The house was clean and beautifully located. Great neighborhood and location. We will definitely return.

Can’t wait to visit again!

My husband and two young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “our topsail escape.” You cannot beat the simple walk to the beach and pool access, especially with kids. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and our kids enjoyed all the many activities and games offered at the condo. The outdoor shower and elevator that actually operated smoothly were extra perks as well. Communication with the Mclean family was first class. We will definitely be back. Our only feedback would be a more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom, it dipped quite a bit. Thanks for a memorable beach adventure!!

Great Location!

My family and my parents really enjoyed the house and the location!! We had fun despite the rainy week and squeezed in a couple beach days. Would definitely come back because you are so close to the beach and the complex is ideal with the waterfront and amenities of the complex!

Best Vacation Ever

This property is amazing. The house is spacious and beautiful. There were 9 of us and we all had everything we could need. All you need to brung is your clothes and food.You will find every convenience in this home and much more.You're in a gated community with a wonderful pool and playground. Literally steps from a clean and quiet beach.The sunsets off the decks are gorgeous.

We really enjoyed our first time at Topsail Beach. The house was perfect for my 3 adult children and me. It was clean and comfortable and a very easy walk to the beach. Delightful beach house

Our stay at this beautiful home was awesome! Everyone in our group, ranging in age from 10 to 87 had a great time. Loved being on the canal with beautiful views of the sunsets. The short walk to the beach was no problem and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We also launched a kayak from the marina boat ramp.

Such a wonderful house! They provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, not just cheap beach chairs. We were impressed! Each room also had a floor fan which was phenomenal. There was every kitchen appliance and gadget you could need. They even had containers to use for leftovers throughout the week. The owners were super nice and would text you right back if needed. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone vacationing on TI.

Absolute Sanctuary

Our family just returned from our yearly 4th of July family celebration. This was by far the best we have stayed in Topsail. Bill and Lori were a pleasure to work with. Their house is spacious and has all the amenities one would need. Highly recommend "Our Topsail Escape."

First timers to Topsail. The best mixture- things for the kids to do, AND relaxing, never crowded beach time. The home is so beautifully decorated-brand new, crisp and clean! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Love the outdoor deck spaces, outdoor shower, and quick walk to the beach. Looking forward to going back when the pool/clubhouse renovation is complete.

Our Easter Break 2019

The house lived up to everything we had read prior to our visit. We totally enjoyed our family Easter Break here at Topsail Beach. The owners even went as far as having Dog items such as bowls etc, available in case we forget them. Great location non commercial and the perfect getaway location. Hidden Gem

This home was absolutely beautiful!!!! I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness & I can’t rave enough about it!!! You would never know this was a pet friendly home. The people in the gated community were very friendly & the beach just across the street!!! Our family will definitely be back!
