We loved the cute cottage with everything one would need for a little home away from home. The location was great, so close to everything. Our only concern was the blanket was too small for the bed. Since the weather was warm it wasn’t really much of a problem. We will definitely stay again.

We needed a handicapped accessible property, and this was one of the few that worked. We loved the proximity to excellent food and shopping, about a block away. The neighborhood feeling was very nice and the house itself was charming.

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay in this adorable and well appointed home. It's cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels and blankets and the location is perfect for walking to all that Jacksonville has to offer. I felt lucky to grab this perfect little historic gem right downtown! Modern conveniences without sacrificing charm and historic feeling, immaculately finished, and clean as a whistle.
