Very Disappointed

Upon arrival the washing machine was broken, roaches were running wild, one of the toilets was clogged, and there were no trash cans. After repeated calls with 6 customer service and four supervisors nothing ever got fixed. They did leave a can of Raid at the back door. Most of the supervisors stated all they could do was report the issues and ask that the maintenance group take care of it. They did offer a rebate of 140 for all the trouble, but nothing has been issued yet.
