The overall experience was really good! The staff amazing starting with the front desk, bars, the towel lady, security guards, etc. Everyone made the experience amazing The only thing I found as an improvement opportunity, the food condition was not good. Food was not fresh and the texture was terrible. The flavor was normal but the cooking technique not. Or maybe it's not fresh so the texture is not good.

Pools and location were awesome. Food was edible but not a ton of choices and not awesome. Have to be out of the pools by 8pm, even thou they were heated. Nightly entertainment wasn’t popping, but there is a casino on same property.

Food is disgusting. Not much variety. Food reused from previous meals. No restaurants to reserve on. Only one buffet. No ac so it is very uncomfortable to eat w heat and flies. Open atmosphere. No nightlife. A dj that refuses to put music asked for. Poor karaoke music had to download song on spot. Rooms old and poorly maintained. Walls need paint. Ac a plus works great. Front staff horrific. Long lines to check in and out. Towel lady bad humor. Also bartenders are all bad humored. Very pricey for the service received. No bell man. No food 24 hrs or late food. Dining not for vegetarians. No seafood what-so ever. A tilapia that was the only thing and it tasted frozen. The entertainment at pools where none. No games, exercise. Only in one pool full of kids screaming. Music very low and only 2 pools no bar pool you have to walk to get drinks to the bar. Very disappointed. Horrible. I would NOT recommended it to anyone. They must learn to take care of customers since it is their job to provide good customer care and hospitality.

What an enjoyable time. The place is clean and tidy but the rooms could use a bit of an update. It's party time all day, if you're looking for a quiet, boring hotel this is not for you. First class food is served everyday. The staff show you that they care. We will be back.

The hotel room was very dated but the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and the dessert even better.the drinks were also very good. The pools were refreshing. I would recommend this hotel.

We were supposed to have a 5 night stay. On the 4th day, a guy was following people around the pool and harassing women. Appeared to not only be drunk but on some type of drugs. For a few hours he went unchecked harassing people. This resort has little to no security just so you will know. Included alcohol flowing freely with no security. I finally decided to tell him to stop (harassing women) in the pool. He at times acted like he wanted to fight, other times was apologizing. I know you can’t say it humbly but despite his intoxication he seemed to understand that he couldn’t beat me up, so he eventually started threatening to round up a bunch of people and come after and KILL me etc. I want to emphasize he was mad that I put a stop to him harassing people. This situation was so bad people were clapping and coming up to me to shake my hand when I told him to stop. My wife tried to get security involved, took 20 minutes for a couple of supposed managers to respond. They changed shifts (managers) new one flat out told me he did not care about the problem. Also said “I don’t think he will kill you” and I told him ya but you don’t know. I don’t know if the guy had guns in the room or car etc. Then management tells me he got arrested, then no he left on his own, then they came to my room and told me they not only arrested him but took his car? Later offered a refund for stay and an email apology, but now ghosted, corporate says they can’t even reach these thugs. No refund given.

I left the property after one day was scheduled to stay four days. Air conditioner did not work. They had to drain the water out very loud very dirty Rusty old hotel that needs to be completely renovated.

The resort is well staffed. The staff members are kind and helpful. The drinks and food keeps coming. The multiple pools and lounge area forever changes the atmosphere throughout each day. The only thing missing is a gym. I love working out. However, I found a gym down the road.

Check in took 20 mins, and confusion over when room would be ready. That took couple of attempts. However both pools were lovely, range drinks in all inclusive great and bed very comfortable. Surprised no fridge, but could get cold drinks to bring back to room. Breakfast very good quality, dinner ok and snack bar at lunch good feature for a smaller lunch.

The room was dirty looks to me that the person just moped the floor and left at check in the rooms were not ready and it was a week day I just can’t imagine on weekends the restaurant are ok but I saw the food recycled the leftover was served at breakfast I’m sorry but I been in a lot hotels and I know about food and service next time I’ll find something else
