Needs lots of work prior to renting to the public!

The building enjoyed a great location on Jaco beach with fantastic ocean views. We have been vacationing in Jaco beach for several years now and have stayed in many vacation rental condos and homes in Jaco. This unite unfortunately is not ready for vacation rentals!! The living room furnishings is set up in a strange way facing a wall and not the ocean view balcony!! The kitchens has lots of shot glasses, Champaign glasses, wine glasses, and for certain is ready for some drinkers!! There were no coffee mugs or ample forks & knifes to accommodate my wife and I however!! Both bathrooms are very dark with low lighting and no windows! The black tiles in the shower is ugly and the all black cabinets are uglier!! The unit is advertised as “beach rental”, however, unlike many beach rentals we experienced in the past, this unit offer no beach towels, no beach chairs, or a beach umbrella! We normally chose vacation rentals based on their reviews. This unit had no reviews and we took a risk on it! Unfortunately it was not the best experience! Most likely we will not return or recommend it!!
