The unit is in a percect location on the beautiful Jaco beach with mutiple balconies with views of the ocean and private roof top with sunset views. The rooms are clean with nice upgrades and vomfortable. The prooertyvis well maintained and has all essentials including a paddle board to take to the beach that is just few steps away. The pools are well maintained and the management is very prompt and responsive. A wonderful property that we plan to stay if we are coming back to Jaco.

Awesome stay at Jaco Heaven. Toni was easy to correspond with and quick to answer any questions. Also supplied a hook up with a gentleman in the area for local intel. My family really enjoyed our stay! The facilities and the unit are super nice and the beach is just steps away. Walkable to a few restaurants. Close to the town of Jaco. So many fun excursions to do nearby. We had a great week. The unit has beach chairs and pool floats as well which was very convenient. A nice roof top deck to watch amazing sunsets!

The condo was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The pools are just amazing and so nice to have as an option other than the beach. Bedrooms were very nice with storage and bathrooms were spacious. The washer and dryer are a big bonus. The views from this condo are breathtaking! There is a restaurant a few steps from the pool exit, and a small convenience store just ourside the main gates and a few doors down. The condo is off the main strip but far enough away that it was not super busy or crowded. All of our excursions offered transport from the condo.
