We had a problem with the junior suite the first day. The AC didn’t work and the closet supports fell on my head when i tried to move the doors. After having a discussion with the manager we were given another junior suite where everything was functioning correctly. The manager did his beet to resolve the issue and make the rest of our stay wonderful. All the staff was wonderful and pleasant. The plus on the junior suite was a private balcony and a large jacuzzi. If your not into having those two things i believe the oceanview would be sufficient and cheaper per day. All showers have hot water. Aspme sinks also have hot water but don’t count on it unless specifically requested. Overall it was a wondrrful stay

First, the good news: The staff was very friendly and restaurant/food was very good. Lady D, the bartender/waitress was exceptional. Second, and I had reservations about posting a negative review but felt it was best for other travelers. After pulling back the bedspread the first night, the bed linens looked like it had been slept on with several stains and hairs between the fitted and flat sheet. I took the pillowcases off and both pillows had stains and black mold on both sides. The same for the second bed. I told my friend in another suite and both of his beds had the same condition. I ended up sleeping on a bare mattress with two blankets and the throw pillows. Informed the staff in the morning and we we offered a "free drink". We refused. A black access cover in the common walkway became dislodged when I stepped on the edge and my foot fell through, causing a cut on my ankle. I placed a nearby coffee table over the hazard and told the staff. The next day, the coffee table was moved back and a "wet floor" placard was placed over the cover. My safe would never work, even though the staff "repaired" it. I had to use my friend's safe my entire stay. Overall, even though the staff and food were nice, I wouldn't stay there again.

Great beach location and courteous and friendly staff. Major bummer was the pool wasn’t working Which was a major disappointment. Didn’t know the pool wasn’t working till I got to the hotel to check in. Tried to get a refund and move to another hotel with a pool but Expedia left me stranded. The one big plus was many activities (surf lessons, horses, jet ski ) were right next door

Dont stay here. We were robbed.

Was robbed of cash and a credit card in a locked room while at breakfast. Do not disturb sign was on the door. Spent 1/2 a day of vacation dealing with the hotel, police, and credit card company. Management offered a free drink as we were packing our stuff to leave early.

The room was clean but the sofa showed heavy use. Food & drinks from the restaurant were very good. The safe was broken. The shower was hot & had good pressure. Overall it was good value for the cost of a room.

We originally rented the 2 bedroom apartment upon arrival I'm going to the apartment. We were very unhappy.. The apartment was very dirty and very unsettling with an awful smell. The front desk was very accommodating and was able to move us to two separate rooms facing the ocean. The rooms were cleaner, but very tight on space for us. The bed was like a brick there were bugs in the bathtub and the sink drain.
