Beautiful location, overlooking the beautiful beach. Walking distance to town and good restaurants. The free pool at Crocs next door is awesome. Nicely furnished and very comfortable.

Newly hatched sea turtle, on its way to the ocean. Just down the beach from the condo.

I would highly recommend this beach front property! We really enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony, it is beautiful and overlooks the ocean. The property is clean and communication with Shelley was great. The property is located right on the edge of town, and town is easy to drive and walk to. There are lots of close supermakets and great local excursions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. This place is beautiful and exclusive. Everything was perfect and the property manager was very helpful in helping us schedule transportation shuttles and excursions. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful place and amazing view

If you’re looking to have amenities close by with a breathtaking view this is your place. My family of four stayed and it was perfect. The patio is relaxing and just amazing. We drank coffee with a view and did yoga on the patio. The communication with the property owners was easy, hassle free and they even left detailed information to help you navigate in Jaco. Plenty of places to walk to and the access to the resort next door was a huge bonus. If we return I will definitely be staying here again!

Spectacular

Great balcony and outstanding view. 3 king beds is a life saver with tall family members. Everything was well appointed. Loved being able to use Crocs pool and bar. Communication was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Best trip ever

Could not be more pleased with the property or the service. Had 3 20yr old boys who just raved about how cool this place was, especially the back porch and the view. Very clean and very spacious and the heated toilet seat in the master was a banger. We will be back and we will stay here again if available.

Family Vacation

Truly 5 stars. The condo was absolutely amazing in every aspect. Wonderful location, use of the Croc pool was very nice. Everything you needed was provided, beach chair, towels, coolers, boogie boards. Just show up and enjoy.

The Perfect Condo!

I can't say enough great things about this condo, Shelley, and Raquel. It was our first time to Costa Rica and we truly had the best week. Raquel helped select and book all of our tours and arranged our transportation for the entire week. The condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The patio was the perfect place to spend the mornings and end the evenings. The Crocs pool and restaurants were great. I would highly recommend this condo and you can't get better than Shelley and Raquel.

EXCELLENT!!

I try very hard to give accurate reviews for the properties we stay in, and I almost never give a 5 star rating. I think it is very important to give accurate reviews so that people know what to expect, and can make good decisions about where to stay. I have had owners contact me, and even threaten me when I have left less than stellar (but accurate) reviews. But in this case, this property exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I am thrilled to be able to give this property 5 stars, and I truly believe it deserves this high rating! First, nowhere in the description that I saw did it mention that the condo has bidet toilet seats. We have these at home and will never be without them in any future home. So we were THRILLED to find that all 3 toilets had bidet seats! Good ones, too. So again, this was an enormous plus. This is a roomy condo with one of the largest and nicest balconies we have ever encountered. From the balcony we were able to see macaws fly by on a daily basis, and once we were able to see them from above. What an incredible sight!!! And, we were also able to see Crux in the night sky, AKA The Southern Cross every night very clearly right from the balcony. Tremendous views that we enjoyed very much. The beds are all excellent. This is one of the areas where many condo's fail. I'll admit that I'm a bit of a snob, and I enjoy the finer things in life. The quality of mattresses in this unit was top notch, and I slept comfortably every night

Best place to Stay in Costa Rica

Great Balcony

Overall the condo is beautiful and has amazing views. Things to be aware of though is you are located next to a public entrance to get to the beach if you use the palms beach entrance. The beautiful green grass in front, public people using the beach would hang out there and even bring little pits to cook. That being said if you want to swim in the palms pool you are swimming right in front of these people because there is only a short glass wall separating it. So we never swam in that pool even though it was the only place you could take your personal drinks since non of that was allowed at the crocs pool. Evening walks to the beach we used the crocs entrance because of the public crowd that would hang out. I would say that’s the only draw back about the place since we didn’t feel comfortable using the places pool or beach access and had to use the crocs everytime.

Great Stay!!

We wanted a place where we could feel like we were at a resort, but not be stuck in a small hotel room. This was the perfect place!! Clean, beautiful view, and convenient to Crocs. We had a toddler with us and it worked out perfectly! Also, Shelley was fantastic. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was available throughout our stay. Would highly recommend :)

Wonderful End To An Amazing Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our last few days of vacation in Jaco. Everything about the condo was perfect. Even with limited parking, the gate staff always helped us find a spot. We enjoyed using the pool access to Croc's next door. The balcony has stunning views, and a flock of McCaws flew right in front of us. Truly a wonderful place to stay in Jaco.

Highly recommend

Condo is on the 9th floor which provides awesome ocean views. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything you would need. Crocs pool was nice. Very close walk or cab to all the pubs and restaurants. Great stay!!

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach, pools, and town were all a lot of fun. My kids all got to do a bunch of things they hadn’t done before. Being on the ninth floor of the building was also very fun, and it stays a little cooler up there.
