We had a wonderful stay here, and the location was perfect. The place was very clean and had everything you could need. The balcony was a great place to sit outside and relax listening to the surf. Laura was very responsive and would highly recommend staying here.

Ultimate relaxation with all the comforts of home! We loved the peaceful balcony with ocean, mountain, jungle, pool, and horse views. Walking distance to many nearby restaurants and 5 cab ride to middle of Jaco. Very family friendly and quiet property at the very north end of Jaco next door to Crocs Casino. Excellent Ac, calming interior decor, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. We’ve stayed in many places in Jaco and this one tops our list! If you want to feel more like you live in Jaco and aren’t just another tourist then this is the place for you.

A great beachfront stay!

This condo is located on the quieter part of the beach but still close enough to walk towards the action if needed. The room itself is great, tons of room, very clean and great balcony as well. My friends and I have loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Jaco!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this wonderful location for about 5 days. We loved the location, the amazing views, and how clean it was. We had 3 adults staying and we had our own spaces, but also enjoyed the shared living area and patio. The check in process was easy and speaking to the owner was fast! We enjoyed our stay and would come back!!!

A very nice 3 bed 2 bath condo on the beach. AC worked great. The condo was very clean and in order. Easy check in and a great location at the end of the beach next to Crocs Casino. A nice pool as well. No complaints will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a restful stay in Jaco

This condo complex was a great spot for a stay in Jaco! It was right on the beach and the 2nd floor views of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. We saw wildlife from the balcony while having breakfast, and were able to explore Monkey Beach within just a few minutes walk. Town and the casino were close when we wanted more action, and far enough away where things were quiet back at the condo. The pool and staff were great too!

Beachfront condo

Beautiful condo on the beach. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. It is a great location, close to shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary, very walkable. We had massages by Jacó massage in the condo and a private chef for a night…Chef Bruno. It was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Second visit and great stay!

This is our second time visiting this specific listing and we had a great time. I like the smaller complex vs. what is nearby. The condo itself is nice and large with enough room for our family of 4 to spread out. The beach location is great and quieter than other areas. The manager was especially responsive with helping me know how to use the washer and dryer and being certain we had everything we needed!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway in a place that was comfortable and had convenient access to restaurants and transportation. We found this and much more. The property was clean, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. We were steps away from the beach and had a great view from the deck. The security staff members were cordial and helpful as well. Overall, we had a tremendously satisfying visit.

Safe secure luxury

A great condo at the north end of Jaco Beach. Clean, secure and high quality 30 unit condo with a great restaurant just across the road. Jaco is a busy tourist town with lots of tourist shops and local adventure attractions, but probably wouldn’t visit alone at night. Had a great relaxing visit after our 10 day guided tour through the rain forest and volcano area then the Pacific coast for great beach activities. Laura’s 3 bedroom condo is as predicted.

The Quiet Side of Jaco

Our condo was huge! Three large bedrooms and a huge open kitchen and living room that opens to a balcony with ocean views. It is walking distance to town if you don't mind the heat, otherwise a car is ideal. The outdoor space is large and a perfect place to begin the day with coffee and end the day with a cocktail. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to prepare a meal, if you want to do that on vacation. It's very secure in a gated community, guarded 24/7. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Jaco.

We loved it!

I was there for a 6 day stay with my sister and niece. The host was very prompt with all communication. Checkin and access was easy. The property is well maintained and gated. All the security guys were so nice. The apartment was perfect! Clean. Nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Loved that there were beach towels. And even pool noodles We enjoyed the balcony very much. Faces the ocean. The pool area was so nice. Lots of lounge chairs or tables for seating. Easy access to the beach. And an easy walk into town for groceries, shopping and restaurants. We saw beautiful sunsets, enjoyed great restaurants and went to an adventure park (ziplines and atv-ing) too. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and visit!

Wake up to the sound of waves crashing

Spacious and comfortable. Apartment with sprawling patio facing the ocean. On the 2nd floor facing the ocean. Not easy to see through the trees -but the sound of pounding waves can be heard inside even with the doors closed views of the river too. Kitchen has lots of cooking tools. No spices or cooking oils. Everything must be brought in. Yummy restaurant within walking distance. Easier to have a car to reach shopping and downtown. Nice pool. 2 Beach towels in each room plus pool noodles. Kitchen supplies for doing dishes cleaning supplies and garbage bags in kitchen. Small sample bathroom shampoo and conditioner you will need more if you stay longer than 2 days. The apartment is not thread bear but does look lived. Would stay here again if I visited this area. I felt very safe with security on sight.

nice place just 15 walking minutes from downtown

property is butted right up to Crocs Resort and Casino, which is kind of cool, and at north end of Jaco.... the condo accommodates all you need, although it could use a few more bath towels and extra pillows. the AC didn't quite make it to the master bedroom, but there was an extra fan there to make it comfortable....throughout the rest of condo, though, it was plenty ample! I think one of the top 5 restaurants in Jaco was just across the street, EL MANGLAR.....also, there was a convenience store just up the street to get some snacks, beer, wine or booze....the good supermarket you need some wheels, but some smaller markets were about a 20 minute one way walk.....not bad considering you're checking out Jaco on the walk. I'd definitley would recommend staying in this unit, the communication between owner and us was timely. I would like to give a shout out to the staff that secures and watches over property, from the guys posting up at the gated entrance, to the guys who keep watch around the pool area leading to the beach....super friendly and top notch!!

Very nice place but needs a few things.

The condo is very quiet and spacious. The sounds of the waves are pretty much all you hear. Checking in was a little harder than expected. The gate guard did not speak English. We were told we were in the wrong place. After calling the host to translate and gain entry there was not a problem the rest of the week. Needs more towels and washcloths. One towel per guest, only one washcloth and hand towel per bath for a week stay is not enough. Call host to get more towels. they did bring two more bath towels per room but still needed washcloths and hand towels. Host was rude to say we could do laundry. I was on vacation and didn't plan to go buy laundry soap and do laundry. But those are just small inconveniences. Overall, the condo is very nice, and the location was good for all the activities in the area.
