- Take your vacation to the next level with this well appointed and perfectly located apartment residence in the heart of Jaco Beach! Just 50 meters to the beach and 50 meters from the center of town, this apartment offers everything you need for the best vacation. Featuring a queen bed, full bathroom with hot water shower, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, high top dining table, TV with premium cable, fast WiFi and incredible onsite staff to assist you with all your needs.
This brand new construction building features a total of 6 residence apartments, all with their own private bathroom, kitchenette and well appointed apartments. We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. Designed with the budget traveler in mind, we feature special things like Surf Board and beach towel rentals and have an onsite administrator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with anything you may need.

NO FRILLS, NO COMPLAINTS
Easy check in. Can be extremely noisy due to poor construction quality (which could be said of most of the places we have stayed at in this country sadly). But it is a value at its offered price, right in between the strip and the beach. Would stay here again.

Great Location
Great location, there were a couple areas that were obviously not cleaned. (coffee maker). But I enjoyed my stay and the price was good.

GREAT SPOT!
This place was excellent. It was clean, tasteful, comfortable, and prefect. Feet from the beach. Quite. Very secure with a big steel door to the property. Walking distance to the parties lol. Highly recommended!!

No frills beach efficiency
I’ve stayed here 3 times now, and it’s been a good value for the money I think. Property seems relatively new so everything functions properly. Major complaint is always the same: NOISE. The walls and doors are paper thin so every little sound comes through. But for the money, it’s a good value in a great location.
