Pierrette and Marc will be happy to welcome you and welcome you to LA PERLITA.
Your accommodation is in a quiet dead end less than 4 min walk from the beach and 3 min from the center of JACO with all shops, bars and restaurants.
You will be accommodated in a studio with an equipped kitchen, a large bed, an independent bathroom and a small terrace which will allow you to take your meals outside if you wish.

Great location! Quiet and safe, nice people!

This place is great. It’s a great location, close to everything. We walked everywhere. It is a quiet almost hidden little spot just a couple blocks from the Main Street. It feels safe, it’s gated, there is a nice pool not far from the rooms. The owner is so nice and helpful. I will definitely look to book this place again when we make it back.

Wonderful!

The hosts and location were exceptional, short walk to the beach, secure parking and felt safe on the property. Pool was nice, saw toucans and it was an overall peaceful and relaxing place, hosts were very kind and very gracious.

Natures Paradise!

I waa in awe of the flora and fauna. The macaws took my breath away. We enjoyed the pool every day and were able to walk everywhere but glad tp be away from the huatle and bustle at the end of the street. We loved it!

This place was perfect. Great property. Lovely owners, the pool was amazing. The casita was sooo neat i want one. The property felt safe and had some wildlife like hummingbirds and lizards. Loved the landscaping. They had food, snacks and wine for purchase. The street also felt safe. Close to beach and lots to do is a short walk. Would stay agajn

N’hésitez pas à réserver lorsque vous serez de passage à Jaco. Pierrette et Marc sont très accueillant et à l’écoute des besoins de leurs clients! Endroit sécurisé pour la voiture. Tout peut se faire à pied, c’était parfait!

wonderful!

Everyone and everything was very nice and accommodating! The bungalow that I stayed in was just what I wanted. It was private yet had the privilege of the pool right out front. The location easily accesses everyplace in town and beach by walking. I would definitely recommend this to those who don't like the hotel life style.
