Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia
La casa es super acogedora y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar en familia de las vacaciones. Amamos la piscina y la atención de los propietarios siempre dispuestos atender cualquier duda o solicitud.La decoración de la casa es preciosa llena de detalles. Recomiendo a Mary y Kevin al 100%.

Outstanding!
Kevin and his wife was great hosts. KEVIN was virtually om call for any issues 24/7 . He arranged round-trip transportation from the airport. Johnathan the driver was also great. He took me to grocery store and helped showing me around the house. His also was a part time uber driver during the stay. The private pool and cable TV in every room was the game changer. The ambience was second to none. I will DEFINITELY be back and sharing this info with family, friends and co-workers. If you're looking for a secured condo (gated community) with 24/7 security. Also 10 minutes from Los Suenos Marina and slew of restaurants.

The perfect home in paradise
This little home was located in a gated community, very close to marina los sueños, in a very safe area. It was the perfect place to stay, for my family. Tall, private walls around an adorable back yard, with a private pool.
The owner was beyond helpful, and went above and beyond to help me feel at home, in a country I had never been to before.
He set me up with several contacts for various needs i had, including a driver to pick me up from the airport, who knew the rental location. I had no worries about landing in the country late at night, and having to find the property that id never been to, through a gated community, and a language barrier.
The driver, Jonathan, was also extremely kind, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. He was familiar with the property, and after the owner called the gate security ahead of time, we had no issues getting in after hours.
Everything about this property was comfortable and beyond expectations. I fully recommend this property to anyone.

Un gran lugar para visitar/A great place to visti
Esta es una casa hermosa, recién remodelada, con piscina privada, con todo lo que uno necesita para un viaje a la playa. Además cuenta con seguridad y con garaje techado. Cerca de un supermercado y de las playas de Hermosa, Herradura, Jacó, Esterillos y Bejuco.
Nos tocó ser atendidos por uno de sus dueños, Kevin, con quien tuvimos una gran atención y comunicación.
Mi familia y yo esperamos poder rentar de nuevo esta casa en el futuro.

This is a beautiful house, recently improved, with private pool and everything you need when you go a trip to the beach, is there.
It also has security and covered garage. Very near to a supermarket and to the beaches of Hermosa, Herradura, Jacó, Esterillos y Bejuco.
We were cared by Kevin, with whom we had a great communication and attention.
My family and I are willing to rent this house again in the future.
Highly recommended.
