    Casa La Cima is located on the highest lot in the prestigious community of Valle Perdido, in Playa Hermosa, just five miles away from Jacó downtown. This luxury residence has a privileged location with amazing ocean and garden views from any room of the house-the sunset views are stunning, setting directly over the visible Pacific Ocean. This family-friendly retreat also features a two-car garage, an infinity pool with ocean views, an outdoor shower, a wide and comfortable living room, and a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen for your ultimate vacation experience in Costa Rica. Grab one of the books available and enjoy a peaceful time on the deck or watch your favorite Netflix series on one of the TVs available.

    Fill your days with fun water activities like surfing, boogie boarding, and stand-up paddleboarding, or take a sailing tour with a guide for the inside scoop of the area. Grab lunch at the many options in Playa Hermosa (one and a half miles away) or take a walk down the beach. You might decide to catch a play at Jacó Theater or a movie at the cinema or play a round of golf at the course near Jacó Beach. My Trip

Thank you for a great stay! We really enjoyed the beautiful view and loved how close it was to everything we wanted to see, as well as nearby necessities. The location made things super convenient. The only thing we would have needed more of was towels and washcloths, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

AMAZING!

The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially the sunset which felt like a private show. The house is comfortable, peaceful and perfectly situated to enjoy all the surrounding areas. We will be back soon :)

The property itself was great but the service was top notch. When we lost power due to a storm Carlos and his staff went above and beyond to make accommodations and saved the trip. I couldn’t ask for anything more with their service. Thank you again

This home was perfect. It was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and had lovely views. It was also very peaceful and quiet, with wildlife everywhere! The road to get to the house is a bit tricky, but well worth the drive up.The only two cons were: #1 picking up the keys from security was quite strange. It would be best to have a personalized door code for safety reasons #2 The lack of communication with the Vacasa property manager. Our electricity and water went out for a few hours. I left a text and called Vacasa directly with no response from the property manager. Luckily there wasn't an emergency and the power came back on.

Amazing!

This entire house was beautiful. We will be back and excited to explore further. The communication was superb and they were super helpful. I would recommend this house for a girls trip, couples and family trip. The house is located at the top, so an experienced driver is necessary.

Pros: views and nature (of course), pool, spacious layout, modern kitchen, close to Jaco/Playa Hermosa, gated property Cons: road leading to home can be intimidating if you are not good with steep driving/blind turns, ants around tub, generally worn down kitchen cookware and pool chairs, some bathroom fixtures not properly secured to the wall, be on the lookout for lizard poop

House is great and great location for us. We had a full time driver and everyday went on different adventures. The house is only 14 minutes from Downtown Jaco and 45 minutes to Quepos. Only had one issue - the house lost water for around 6 hours - but it was a city issue not just the house. I'd do it again.

Beautiful Place

The property was amazing, views were magnificent however the property manager only allows 4 people in the house at a time but it was a three bedroom. So if you come with 3 couples or more friends you will be restricted.
