This property is perfect! It’s beautiful, spacious and extra clean. Besides having a great pool it’s very close to the beach and the Hermosa Palms Beach Club. We had an excellent time!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful, and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Flor the housekeeper was amazing, she was so sweet! The added clubhouse amenity was very nice, and offered access to the beach! Highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Jaco!

Beautiful home in a safe location

Beautiful house, very spacious. The house maid and Jose were very attentive and helpful with all needs. Jose helped book all excursions and transportation. Michael recommended an excellent chef that exceeded expectations. Over all nice experience! I would definitely recommend this house as it was perfect for a group of 7. Gated community w/ security and 10 min from Jaco.

The perfect get away

The property and community is perfect with tej description not giving the house the justice due. Perfect house, plenty of room, comfortable beds, house is beyond clean and maintained daily. Property manager and caretaker are great communicators and José went above and beyond to help coordinate any needs. (highly recommend the in-house chef services) Flor was the final touch putting this property over the top. Highly recommend.

Amazing house!

The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The house is spacious and there was all new furniture (the beds were very comfortable). The pool is huge and extremely well maintained. The community pool was also an added bonus - the food at the pool (Yoyos') was AMAZING - the best pool bar food we have ever encountered. Michael was very responsive, and recommended a terrific chef. Last but certainly not least, is Flor, the live-in housekeeper. She was so helpful and nice. Not having to do dishes all vacation was such an added bonus. We would come home each day to a spotless house. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic vacation villa with HUGE private pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation! The place was a beautiful place to enjoy a memorable cross-generational family vacation!My heartfelt thanks to Michael for recommending this house. Waking up to such a gorgeous ocean view with horses running in the field was an absolute highlight, add in our wonderful maid (Flor) and always ready to help concierge (Jose) and our entire group was highly impressed and looking forward to future trips.
