This condo is very convenient and fully equipped. Most sofas in this complex are very small and this one is large and comfortable. Very clean and great view! I would stay there again.

Great stay at Jaco

Lovely condo and lovely place. Wonderful pools with ocean view. Many restaurants within walking distance. Everything is pretty pricey compared to previous years.

Home away from home

The property is lovely, we travelled with an one-year old and were a bit nervous, but the property had everything we needed. The pool area and the apartment were really nice and clean, and loved the balcony just a few steps from the pool. Overall a very plesant experience and our Vacasa local manager, Carlos was very responsive to all of our questions.

Great location, pool, and host!

This property was all it said online and had everything we needed. The location is great and the property is very secure. We really loved the pool and noticed it is one of the best on Jaco Beach. Would highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

The location of the condo was very convenient on the first floor. The couch in the condo needs to be replaced. It is ripped and torn and in bad shape. And there was wet laundry left in the dryer from the last tenants so that wasn't good. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and the hotel staff was very nice. The pool is awesome and they clean it everyday. Love Costa Rica!

Excellent property and nice view but check in process and customer service is really bad and horrible and had problems with lock and keys , not able to go out for first two days because key was not working and struggle for connecting Internet.

Great Value!

Excellent customer service - booked same day, no issues, very friendly and helpful. Very safe - gated and staffed with friendly employees. Apartment was spacious and fully furnished with everything needed for a long stay. Plenty of bath and beach towels. TVs are huge with plenty of channel options! WiFi worked well. Definitely the best place to stay in Jaco. Amazing property at an unbeatable price.

Costa Rica Vacation

Very clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the beach and convenient to all the tourist attractions. The security was nice and they were all very friendly and helpful. Our washing machine quit and they promptly came and fixed it.

los problemas fueron resueltos oportunamente

Al ingreso el apartamento no estaba listo. Nos permitieron entrar con 1 hora de retraso y aún quedaba pendiente el secado de paños. Por la mañana notamos una fuga en el inodoro, pero llegaron a arreglarla oportunamente. Al intentar usar nosotros la secadora estaba descompuesta, pero nuevamente vinieron a repararla cuando avisamos y nos dijeron que probablemente fue el sobreuso-sobrecarga que le dieron cuando ingresamos y estaba tarde con la limpieza y labores de secado. La refrigeradora tenía un compartimento con quebradura. Cuando lo alquilamos lo escogimos por estar recientemente remodelado, pero lo cierto es que no esperábamos estos fallos. Agradecemos que fueron oportunamente resueltos.

On the beach

Nice that we were right by the ocean although we found the waters too rough to swim in. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Jaco had some great restaurants and we enjoyed the local culture. The condo was well equipped and very spacious.

Amazing time in Jaco

We loved our time in Jaco! The condo in Bahia Encantada was fantastic. Very clean and well kept. Had everything you could need and want. On the beach, great view, a short walk into Jaco. Overall we had a great stay!
