"The location was just outside of town which allowed for great views of the scenery. My kids loved the playground and hot tub. The layout was great for two families with kids. Something that many may not notice but is amazing for families with anyone handicap is the zone steps to enter the home. Another feature this home offers in the dumpster located just outside the back fence. Quite nice when trying to keep things tidy "

"The location is right on major highway with constant traffic. The view is of the neighbors house. Large lights on commercial bldg next door. The fire pit is the size of my shoe. When it’s cold outside it’s cold inside even with the 3 heaters. "

"Property is very well maintained and it was very clean when we arrived. Also kitchen had all sort of utensils for families to prepare food. Pool, Hot tub, plus lot of other gaming stuff well managed. Communication was excellent"

"This is rustic but that is ok, the description fits the accommodations. We do a lot of overlanding so this wasn’t a big deal to us at all though it might seem like more work to people that are used to a 5star hotel. We had a slight issue with plumbing when we checked in on Saturday and Kaitlyn had the plumber out first thing Monday morning. Her communication was great throughout the whole stay. It was quiet and peaceful and a great location for anyone wanting to explore either the north rim or southern Utah. OurDogs were happy and we enjoyed it a lot! We will be back. "
