“The house had absolutely everything we needed for us to prepare meals, unwind, and even watch the beautiful sunsets. This place has been one of our family’s favorite places. The owner anticipated everything their guests could need. We will definitely be staying here again. The house is located conveniently a short distance from the best nation and state parks. Restaurants are a short 5-10 minute drive away.”

“leaning pine property was great. House very clean and well stocked with all we needed. Outside yard and grill area was very nice. A suggestion would be to place a night stand on the right hand side of the bed in master bedroom, a small dresser and chair would be beneficial and aid in dressing. All else was very good. Location was excellent for what we wanted to do.. ”

“Our family and two of our closest friends joined us with their families for a great new year getaway. This house was perfect for kids, ages 3 to 7 had so much fun in the bunk room and playing outside. We brought bikes and scooters, and there was plenty of space for them to Ride around. We cooked all meals at the house, everything we needed was there. Plenty of space for each family to have privacy and large communal spaces for all of us to gather and have a great time. Highly recommend this home……

“Cute cabin. Good location. Nice amenities. Would have liked to have had some counter space in the bathroom. The memory foam mattress could be an issue for some. Overall, glad we found this option and gave it a try!”

“We stayed September, 2023. We enjoyed the spot and returned in May 2024. I am confined to a wheelchair. This rental worked great for me. The concrete floors, wide doors, large bathrooms & concrete parking pad. We hope to return for a third time.”

“We were genuinely welcomed and supported by the property manager Kaitlin during our 2 week stay. Kanab is a wonderful community and the area is rich for exploration so we ventured out each day for hikes and outdoor activities. The home was a comfortable gathering spot and well supplied for cooking our meals and playing games. The weather was still cool the first of April and the solar-heated pool wasn't up to temperature so we were disappointed it was not available. Best to know it's a seasonal……

“This house was clean well supplied, spacious, and comfortable. Great location after completing our hike in the Grand Canyon. House has everything we needed, especially comfortable beds! There was plenty of space to relax and socialize. Rachel, our host, was very easy to work with from the planning/booking, check in, and check out.”

“This house wasn’t just a rental, it had been some one’s home, and it felt that way. The house was as described. It was comfortable and roomy. We used this as our base to explore Zion and Bryce. At night we enjoyed the hot tub and clear skies with lots of stars. Lindsey was a great host and checked in on us to make sure everything was as we expected and responded quickly to any questions. An added bonus that we really enjoyed, were the friendly cats on the property. They greeted us every morning……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julie & Jim’s. Their home is meticulously appointed and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the pantry/bathrooms were flush with all that we needed. We loved having the horses, dogs and goats to visit with. Highly recommend when in the area. Thank you for helping to make our vacation fabulous!!”

“This new home is located conveniently on Rte 89 just east of Kanab, convenient to town and about 1 hr to Page, AZ. The layout of the home is very nice and open with a large eat in kitchen/living room and it was well stocked with necessities. There was traffic noise but the neighborhood is quiet and there was decent star gazing from the yard. Fantastic views from the house. There was a plumbing issue which the management responded to quickly. Communication was easy by text, email and/or phone. My……
