“El lugar es un ensueño, quizás el mejor lugar en el que me haya quedado jamás en mi vida para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Los anfitriones son muy lindos, pero no tienen ganas ni de trabajar ni de invertir. La tasa de baño está chueca, lo saben y no lo corrigen. Antes de ir quise llamar para saber a dónde voy, nadie me contestó, en Expedia decía servicio de hotel, pero no querían limpiar la unidad, que porque así lo pone Expedia y no ellos, a mi me parece que Expedia no puede poner lo que……

“The only downside of this location is for someone who wants a private bathroom and a TV - as the staff was very unique and friendly - the facilities - including the common bathrooms and showers were very private and clean - great food and smoothies - and quality coffee - nice environment - a great option.”

“The room was marginal. the sheets felt like sandpaper and the bed was as hard as the floor. There was no water pressure in the shower, the hot water was hit or miss and if it was a hit you had about 5 minutes of it. The towels were in very poor shape and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The bath mats and mats in the bedroom were mismatched in the condition of rags. The lights browned out constantly. There is no TV in the room- fine except there is also no WiFi. The high speed WiFi……

“Los dueños siempre están presentes y dispuestos a ayudar, además de dar excelentes recomendaciones de la zona. El lugar tiene muchos detalles que se agradecen: agua para beber siempre disponible, artículos de aseo personal e incluso equipo para actividades como snorkel y aletas. Los demás huéspedes fueron muy respetuosos, lo que crea un ambiente muy agradable. Realmente se siente como estar en casa… Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia en La Ventana inolvidable! ”

“Clean room, plenty of outlets, ac runs cold. Nice open outside common area/kitchen. Only recommendation would be to have more than 1 pillow on the bed when reservation is for 2 people. Had to use clothes for pillow. Overall highly recommend. ”

“The room is spartan, but clean. The kitchen would be difficult to cook a meal in as it's very small and there is the bare minimum cooking equipment, but for making a little breakfast and a mid day snack is totally adequate. You really can't beat the location. Especially if you're into wind sports as door is at most 50m to the water!
