“I have visited here several times, but this time I'm very sorry to say that their quality is decreasing day by day! Firstly I had been provided a Non A/C Room, but after I called the Reception & told that I have booked an A/C Room, they checked my booking and switched on the A/C after 10 minutes. “This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay:
1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel.
2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card. Since it was 11 pm at night, we did not have any option and paid 2 times for the same room
3. While 2 of us were staying, they provided only 1 towel,……

“I booked this hotel four days prior to my check-in date. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that due to server glitches, they could not provide me a room as all rooms were full. I explained that I had booked well in advance and asked why I hadn’t received any communication about this issue. Their only response was that they had technical problems and kept repeating the same excuse.
Eventually, they allotted me a room, but it was in a pathetic condition—no fan, dirty bedsheets……
