Everything was amazing @ Lalit we had amazing experience. The property was nice clean very convenient. Specially the shop manager Ritik was extremely helpful .definitely stay here again World Cup

The property was extremely dated, i.e. it was falling apart in lobby areas and rooms. In the lobby, sofas were in poor condition. In the room, the mattress was old and in poor shape so as giving back pain; the safe was not working,and furniture was falling apart

Everything was ok just lacked the 5* element. Breakfast was the best bit but service lacking - front of house at breakfast grumpy; lack of attention to detail ie missing cutlery and our tables was reallocated to someone once we went up to get our food! Took some time to be allocated our rooms as they weren’t ready despite it being 230pm (check in is at 2pm.) Rooms lacked adequate towels. Nice gym but again changing rooms lacked towels had to be requested. Bathrooms need deeper cleaning. Overall was an ok stay but could do with more attention to detail to live up to a 5* standard

Very nice property and conveniently located. Great items in breakfast buffet, but service was very slow. Many staff members don’t understand or speak English well, so Thea’s hotel able to provide good concierge service beyond bag handling.

Dirty room not been cleaned. Linens were used. No floor and hand towels available. Left behind watch charger, requested to send it by courier with charges I will pay but till date no received. No one attending calls. Totally mismanaged

I would say the hotel is fine. However, the shower was dirty and very moldy and the mattresses were old and sunken in the middle.

Limited breakfast choices and no hotel functions
Didn't get the value for money i paid for. This is because the function at the courtyard, pool and bar was closed. The breakfast choice was limited. Also the staff were nagging for excellent review when I was trying to have my morning breakfast in peace.

Great hotel in Jaipur close to shopping and food
Very beautiful hotel with an amazing lobby and courtyard with a marble island. They had excellent breakfast buffets and dinner choices. The rooms were well kept. The hotel also had performances in the courtyard in the evening and was a delight to watch. Great 5 star property with good value for money

Great food at their two restaurants. Very hospitable staff. Rooms were very clean. Good concierge service. Heartily recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Very much in appropriate fooding and services from the hotel side. We found hairs in food and breakfast buffet was very poor. Would never like to visit these kind of property in future. Lalit is spooling it’s name but having these kind of services and staff.

Worst customer service one can imagine, doesn't give toilet roll, shampoo, towel after multiple requests. The walls are very thin and the hallway is very noisy. We stayed there for 4 nights and couldn't sleep at all. We complained in the hotel reception but nothing was done. Absolutely the worst experience at one of the most expensive hotel.

Well taken care of community areas, rooms slightly less so. Not dirty, but not impeccably clean. Bed was not all that comfortable and it was definitely noisy, but not an overall unpleasant stay.

The toilet jet spray was leaking, the toilet sliding door jammed. I had to call the front desk to report one issue or the other. The women in the front desk lacked courtesy and manners. I am surprised that some of the staff lacked professionalism. Overall experience, don't recommend or go to lalit again

Luxurious but need service improvement
Good and Luxury place to stay may be one of the best hotels in terms of comfort during my trip to India However the restaurant service need to be more profesional. Taking too long to get your food. Housekeeping also needs improvement as yheybdo not always clean the rooms properly. Also the corridors are too noisy during the nights. But the hotel and rooms were luxurious

Stay was good overall. Staff was helpful. Only thing was food we had breakfast and one night went for dinner, it was not up to mark. No where close to 5* standards. Rest was fine! We enjoyed our stay.

The property is nice and kept well and the bed in the rooms very comfortable. That said, the staff throughout the stay were miserable, inattentive and slow to respond, they also failed to answer basic questions. The temperature of the hotel was freezing, people were having breakfast wearing coats. They ran out of bread one morning and cooked eggs outside so plates were instantly cold. Overall this was anything but a 5 star experience! We were informed of cake to celebrate our honeymoon that never appeared. Thoroughly disappointing stay that will put me off the LaLit range in future

The bed was horrible, sagging in the middle because of a worn out mattress. No hand towels.the staff was not able to cope up with the breakfast rush, not enough tables, the persons making the omelets and dosas were frazzled. Not worth the money.
