“Amazing staff”

“The Executive Club Room is spacious and featured with India Royal touch. I was attended with some sweet treat and aroma spray when I check-in my room. The room is clean and bright, with a sweeping courtyard view. I would like to express my sincere gratitude Mr. Arun Sodha, The Pavilion team, as well as the entire staff for being so professional. “Rambagh Palace is a gorgeous property! Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay there despite some issues. We booked through Expedia.com, clearly indicating one of our party members was 17 years old, but when we arrived at Rambagh Palace, the check in person was saying our son should be charged as an adult, although this did not happen at any of the other properties (Oberoi Amarvilas, Oberoi Sukhvilas and Oberoi Wildflower) we booked on Expedia.com concurrently. This was very awkward but the……

“Very bad experience, the front desk doesnt belive me there was paint smell, and let me wait for 20 mins in the room. Just a fast changing room will make things better. ”

“Great, friendly and helpful staff from the front office to the room service to the restaurant staff. Felt a bit of royalty living at the Brij castle, beautiful interiors. Only one suggestion I have would be to make sure first timers to Jaipur be guided well. Give them a road map, helpful guide, etc.”
