「Nice and very clean room. Hotel Manager Tiwari was extremely helpful all throughout our stay. He arranged for our pickup from Amritsar airport, which went very smoothly. We felt welcomed and had a very comfortable stay.」

「Very friendly staff. Good location.」

「Friendly staff and nice breakfast」

「Best part the hotel near to golden temple and good shopping Center. Staff very helpful and room newly renovated.」

「everything was great here..specially the staff was very helpful..food was okay could have been better」

「Good, just opposite golden temple」

「Neat and clean property」

「It is a perfect stay when visiting golden temple. As it is quite close and good walking distance. Rooms are good with space. Lots of local food around to explore for breakfst and dinner.」

「Good 」

「Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. As long as you don't mind being a slightly squished on his ride depending on the group size, for 300 Rs. you really can't go wrong. He alone is the reason for a 5/5 rating. The private room was really good for the...

「Very close to Golden Temple (50 yards). Shower head sprayed water all over. Main downside was unfriendly staff and limited English. Dog poop outside the steps of the hotel and some still there by evening. Great if you don’t need much interaction with staff. Don’t expect a lot if you do.」

「Terrazza panoramica stupenda con vista sul tempio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera non pulitissima」

「Everything was fine at the hotel. They need to thoroughly clean their bathrooms. It seemed that the bathroom taps and the shower door glass wasn't cleaned properly 」

「The property was not worth the price. Rooms were tiny, there was seepage on walls, bathroom lock wasn't working and everything was worn out. Only good thing about the stay was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were really making an effort to give a seamless experience.」

「The staff did prove helpful, even if their English wasn't great. It was the blood stain on the pillow case and the fact that the TV box had no remote so "youtube only". No safe or fridge in the room aswell. We asked for a quite room but needed to ask to be moved. Not great.」

「The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple」
