「The staff were great. The room had a broken toilet seat and broken toilet. The glasses were dirty. No kettle in the room. Upon requesting one i recieved a dirty kettle withbdirty mugs. No water, or soap etc supplied. No tea or coffee. It was so noisy that sleep was impossible」

I kept calling them and finally the call was answered at 9.30am. moreover, they do have DAWAKHANA(medicine store) and FIRST AID sites to show but DO NOT have basic medicines like PARACETAMOL.
