There should be one in each room for customers convenience! 2- workout machines out of date and a Hazardous for people to use them! 3- NO sign put up to say filter in pool broken and don't swim in it! 4- pool house bathrooms need a door lock on them for privacy when showering and dressing! 5- Lockers don't close properly for lock use! 6- No small chair or table in bathroom of pool...

「Start by offering one room with a firm mattress and even advertise it. You might be surprised you can even charge a few more bucks for the firm mattress. I cannot be the only guest in your history with an old back. Everything else was great!」

「Beautiful location and lodge. Rooms were great. Showers were amazing!! Didn’t know restaurant was closed on Sundays. And therefore there were no other guests at the lodge. Had the whole place to ourselves. 」

With over 200 years house, this was not welcomed especially after a tiring long ski day. Phoned hotel and also Expedia on that same night but both myself and Expedia could not get hold off host for resolution.
