「Every time I called for my car I got a message saying that the number I entered was incorrect but it wasn't and my car would arrive. When I explained this to the parking attendants they said I could come down and ask the parking desk inside. Why would I want to come down when you had a phone system? And the fee is astronomical. 「I truly enjoyed the location. Not quite downtown but within walking distance. Cleveland State Univ was across the street a nice touch and having a Subway inside the premises was a nice touch. There was a wing spot and pizza parlor within a few hundred feet also. Who could ask for more. I will be back」

「The room I stayed in was very nice with a small kitchen, dining/work table and a nice bathroom with walk in shower. Unfortunately, there was a large air handling system on my balcony that was noisy. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which makes it convenient in that respect. The place overall is pretty nice but like many other reviewers have mentioned, forget about breakfast, it doesn't exist. You can expect a cup of coffee and that's about it. Looks like they're...

「The property needs some serious upgrading and maintenance. While we just needed a place to sleep, the room looked 'worn' It was not very well lit. We really were not sure if the room was dirty or not, but the shower tiles had mold and there was no stopper in the sink so you could see the "crud' in the pipes.
